4、铝卓购苦拥转坍雏卸摈极管道闭水试验施工方案一、工程概况1、慈溪市西部污水管线工程标段（合同C4），总长约12.4km，分别分为A、B、C三段。位于北亚热带边缘，属季风型气候，冬夏稍长，春秋略短。温暖湿润，气候变幅小，年平均气温16.1，1月气温最低，极端最低气温-9.3，7月气温最高，极端最高气温39.1。年平均降水量达1259.6mm，年内分配不均匀，降水最高峰在9月，平均降水172.4mm，占全年的14%。冬季盛行西北到北风，夏季盛行东到东南风，年有较明显影响台风12次。2、西部污水主干线段A段设计起点位于周巷镇周西公路与中横线交汇路口西侧，与设计西1#泵站进水管道相接，此段污水管线设计管
5、径为D=1350，设计长度约为3.4km，其中开槽埋设D=1350圆形企口管长度1176m，D=400700圆形承插口管790m，顶进施工D=800 、D=1350圆形钢承插口管分别为435m和2099m。3、西部污水主干线段B段设计起点与设计西1#泵站出水管相连，设计终点位于中横线与浒崇公路交会路口的西北侧，与设计西2#泵站进水管相连，此段污水管径为D=13501500，设计长度约4.6km，其中开槽埋设D=1000、D=1350、D=1500圆形企口管长度分别为13m、1134m、8m，D=400800圆形承插口管1163m，顶进施工D=800 、D=1350 、D=1500圆形钢承插口管
6、分别为669m、130m、3091m。4、西部污水主干线段C段设计起点与设计西2#泵站出水管道相接，设计终点位于陆中湾与食品工业园纬三路交汇处的东南侧，与设计西3#泵站进水管道相连，此段污水管线设计管径为D=1500，设计长度4.4km，其中开槽埋设D=1500圆形企口管长度为2351m，D=400600圆形承插口管632m，顶进施工D=700 、D=800 、D=900、D=1500圆形钢承插口管分别为357m、460m、302m、1501m。二、 闭水试验流程1、试验前的准备工作对管道、接口及检查井进行外观检查。管道未还土且沟槽内无积水。检查水源是否准备妥当和齐全，水泵工作状态是否良好。2
7、、试验前对管道内壁的检查闭水试验进行前，我部技术人员，由检查井口进入管道内（自备手电筒、氧气袋、高腰水靴），首先对每节管材接口处进行间隙检查，其允许间隙不得大于9mm。对于超出规范要求的我部采取：“在内壁使用高标号膨胀水泥砂浆进行勾缝处理，保证闭水试验一次性验收通过”。3、施工程序见下图：闭水实验流程图三、闭水试验验收标准1、管道充水充水前管道堵板封堵密实，经检验合格，向管道内充水。水自管道低端注入，水充满后为使管道内壁及接口材料充分吸水，浸泡时间不少于24小时。排水管道闭水实验允许偏差表序号项目允许深渗水量检验频率检验方法范围点数1倒洪吸管不大于设计规定每个井段1灌水2其他管道D700mm每
8、个井段1计算渗水量3D7001500mm每三个井段抽检1段14D1500每三个井段抽检1段12、试验（1）、管道浸泡符合要求后，进行试验，试验水头为管顶以上2m,如上游管道内顶至检查口的高度小于2m时，根据市政工程质量检查验收标准闭水试验水位至井口为止，可满足施工要求。（2）、当试验水头达到规定时开始计时，观察管道渗漏量，直至观测结束，此时应不断向管道内补水，保持试验水头恒定，渗水量观测时间不小于30分钟。（3）、按下式计算实测渗水量：q=W/TL式中 q实测渗水量L/（min.m）； W补水量（L）； T观测时间（min） L试验管端的长度（m）。排水管道闭水试验允许渗水量详见下表：允 许

10、口时，试验水头以上游井口高度为准，但是不能小于0.5m；5、试验段管道灌满水后浸泡时间，水泥管制品时间不得少于24h；6、观测渗水量，应从达到试验水头开始计，直至观测结束，在观测期间应不断向试验管段内补水，保持试验水头恒定，渗水量的的测定时间不得小于30min；7、管道闭水试验，在现场实测实量、实地计算，并填写相关表格，作为隐蔽验收记录。五、闭水试验注意事项闭水段封口不密实，又因其在井内而常被忽视，如果采用砌砖墙封堵时，应注意做好以下几点：砌堵前应把管口0.5m左右范围内的管内壁清洗干净，涂刷水泥原浆，同时把所用的砖块润湿备用。砌堵砂浆标号应不低于M7.5，且具良好的稠度。勾缝和抹面用的水泥砂
11、浆标号不低于M15。管径较大时应内外双面较小时只做外单面勾缝或抹面。抹面应按防水的5层施工法施工。条件允许时可在检查井砌筑之前进行封砌，以利保证质量。预设排水孔应在管内底处以便排干和试验时检查。六、对管道渗水情况的处理措施闭水试验是对管道施工和材料质量进行全面的检验，其间难免出现三两次不合格现象。这时应先在渗漏处一一做好记号，在排干管内水后进行认真处理。对细小的缝隙或麻面渗漏可采用水泥浆涂刷或防水涂料涂刷，较严重的应返工处理。油膏接口可采用喷灯进行表面处理，一般可凑效，否则挖开重填。严重的渗漏除了更换管材、重新填塞接口外，还可请专业技术人员处理。处理后再做试验，如此重复进行直至闭水合格为止。七
12、、现场用水控制施工过程中，安排专人在现场控制水源和水的流向，以免发生浸泡农作物、路堤、临近建筑物等，给地方带来经济损失。由于闭水试验用水不存在化学物质，其污染性可不考虑，闭水试验完成后，再抽回河道。八、环保及三废处理1、本工程拟集中建立垃圾站，并与环保部门联系统一处理，施工中生活废水、施工污水经与有关部门联系征得同意后，排向指定地点，处理效果需经项目监理及接纳三废的主管部门满意。2、环境、卫生、噪声、防火及我方将严格遵守国家及当地颁布有关市容及环卫管理条例，做好施工场地环境卫生。我方将保证以最小程度减少对环境的干扰，并自觉接受有关单位及附近居民监督。我方将做好施工区域内卫生工作，并做好卫生防病
13、工作，做到符合当地医疗主管部门或其它主管部门规定，对施工人员定期进行检查。我方将尽量减少噪音污染，选择机械设备时尽量选用噪音小的机械，在保证工期前提下，尽量减少深夜施工时间，并采取适当隔音措施。九、安全保证措施1、树立“安全第一”、“预防为主”的安全指导思想，抓生产必须抓安全，以安全促生产。建立健全安全生产责任制，从项目经理到生产工人，明确各自的岗位责任，各专职机构和业务部门要在各自的业务范围内对安全生产负责。2、加强全员的安全教育，使广大职工牢固树立“安全第一，预防为主”的意识，克服麻痹思想，组织职工有针对性的学习有关安全方面的规章制度和安全生产知识，做到思想上重视，生产上严格执行操作规程。
