5、,与墙交接处及转角处、管根部位,均要抹成半径为100mm的均匀一致、平整光滑的小圆角,要用专用抹子。凡是靠墙的管根处均要抹出5%(1:20)坡度,避免此处积水。4、 涂刷防水层的基层表面,应将尘土、杂物清扫干净,表面残留的灰浆硬块及高出部分应刮平,扫净。对管根周围不易清扫的部位,应用毛刷将灰尘等清除,如有坑洼不平处或阴阳角未抹成圆弧处,可用众霸胶:水泥:砂=1:1.5:2.5砂浆修补。5、 基层做防水涂料之前,在突出地面和墙面的管根、地漏、排水口、阴阳角等易发生渗漏的部位,应做附加层增补。6、 厕浴间墙面按设计要求及施工规定(四周至少上卷300mm)有防水的部位,墙面基层抹灰要压光,要求平整,
6、无空鼓、裂缝、起砂等缺陷。穿过防水层的管道及固定卡具应提前安装并在距管50mm菏围内凹进表层5mm,管根做成半径为10mm的圆弧。7、 根据墙上的+0.5m水平控制线,弹出墙面防水高度线,标出立管与标准地面的交界线涂料涂刷时要与此线平。8、 厕浴间做防水之前必须设置足够的照明设备(安全低压灯等)和通风设备。9、 防水材料一般为易燃有毒物品,储存、保管和使用时要远离火源,施工现场要备有足够的灭火器等消防器材,施工人员要着工作服,穿软底鞋,并设专业工长监管。10、 环境温度保持在+5以上。11、 操作人员应经过专业培训考核合格后,持证上岗,先做样板间,经检查验收合格,方可全面施工。（二） 材质要求

10、1幢）首层十五层（B1幢）日 期 年 月 日（三） 涂膜防水层施工聚氨酷防水涂膜一般厚度为l.lmm、1.5mm、2.0mm,根据设计厚度不同,可分成两遍或三遍进行涂膜施工。1、 打开包装桶先搅拌均匀。2、 第一层涂膜:将巳搅拌好的聚氨酯涂膜防水涂料用塑料或橡胶刮板均匀涂刮在巳涂好底胶的基层表面上,厚度为0.6mm,要均匀一致,刮涂量以0.60.8kg/m2为宜,操作时先墙面后地面,从内向外退着操作。3、 第二道涂膜:第一层涂膜固化到不粘手时,按第一遍材料施工方法,进行第二道涂膜防水施工。为使涂膜厚度均匀,刮涂方向必须与第一遍刮涂方向垂直,刮涂量比第一遍略少,厚度为0.5mm为宜。4、 第三层
11、涂膜:第二层涂膜固化后,按前述两遍的施工方法,进行第三遍刮涂,刮涂量以0.40.5kg/m2为宜(如设计厚度为1.5mm以上时,可进行第四次涂刷)。5、 撤粗砂结合层:为了保护防水层,地面的防水层可不撒石渣结合层,其结合层可用l:l的108胶或众霸胶水泥浆进行扫毛处理,地面防水保护层施工后,在墙面防水层滚涂一遍防水涂料,未固化时,在其表面上撒千净的23mm砂粒,以增加其与面层的粘结力。6、 保护层或饰面层施工。（四） 防水层细部施工1、 管根与墙角(见图4-7)专业技术负责人：交底人：接受人：厕浴间防水工程-厕浴间聚氨酯涂膜防水 分项工程质量技术交底卡GD2301003 施工单位海南省第四建筑

13、人：接受人：厕浴间防水工程-厕浴间聚氨酯涂膜防水 分项工程质量技术交底卡GD2301003 施工单位海南省第四建筑工程公司工程名称翠屏富通雅苑分部工程建筑装饰装修工程交底部位首层十七层（A1幢）首层十五层（B1幢）日 期 年 月 日四、 成品保护1、 涂膜防水层操作过程中,操作人员要穿平底鞋作业,穿过地面及墙面等处的管件和套管、地漏、固定卡子等,不得碰损、变位。涂防水涂膜施工时,不得污染其他部位的墙地面、门窗、电气线盒、暖卫管道、卫生器具等。2、 涂膜防水层每层施工后,要严格加以保护,在厨卫间门日要设醒目的禁入标志,在保护层施工之前,任何人不得进入,也不得在上面堆放杂物,以免损坏防水层。3、
14、地漏或排水口在防水施工之前,应采取保护措施,以防杂物进人,确保排水畅通,蓄水合格,将地漏内清理干净。4、 防水保护层施工时,不得在防水层上拌砂浆,铺砂浆时铁锹不得触及防水层,要精工细做,不得损坏防水层。五、 应注意的质量问题1、 涂膜防水层空鼓、有气泡:主要是基层清理不干净,涂刷不匀或者找平层潮湿,含水率高于9%;涂刷之前未进行含水率检验,造成空鼓,严重者造成大面积鼓包。因此在涂刷防水层之前,必须将基层清理干净,并保证含水率合适。2、 地面面层施工后,进行蓄水试验,有渗漏现象:主要原因是穿过地面和墙面的管件、地漏等松动,烟风道下沉,撕裂防水层;其他部位由于管根松动或粘结不牢、接触面清理不干净产
15、生空隙,接搓、封日处搭接长度不够,粘贴不紧密;做防水保护层时可能损坏防水层;第一次蓄水试验蓄水深度不够。因此要求在施工过程中,对相关工序应认真操作，加强责任心,严格按工艺标准和施工规范进行操作。涂膜防水层施工后,进行第一次蓄水试验,蓄水深度必须高于标准地面20mm,24h不渗漏为止,如有渗漏现象,可根据渗漏具体部位进行修补,甚至于全部返工。地面面层施工后,再进行第二遍蓄水试验,24h无渗漏为最终合格,填写蓄水检查记录。3、 地面排水不畅:主要原因是地面面层及找平层施工时未按设计要求找坡,造成倒坡或凹凸不平而存水。因此在涂膜防水层施工之前,先检查基层坡度是否符合要求,与设计不符时,应进行处理再做
16、防水,面层施工时也要按设计要求找坡。4、 地面二次蓄水试验后,已验收合格,但在竣工使用后仍发现渗漏现象;主要原因是卫生器具排水口与管道承插口处未连接严密,连接后未用建筑密封膏封密实,或者是后安卫生器具的固定螺丝穿透防水层而未进行处理。在卫生器具安装后,必须仔细检查各接口处是否符合要求,再进行下道工序。要求卫生器具安装后,注意成品保护。专业技术负责人：交底人：接受人：（英文版 ） easily blame, to prevent the broken window effect.
