6、建筑物东西向长32.00m。南北宽21.30m，一梯五户，设有两部电梯，一部楼梯3. 施工准备 3-1、 图纸及相应规范 施工前，认真查阅图纸及相应规范，掌握防水材料的性能和技术指标及施工工艺，特别是阴阳角、管桩等特殊部位的处理，作到施工中重点突出。 1、材料准备 ：热熔法聚酯胎SBS改性沥青防水卷材，4mm厚。2、配套材料：冷底子油。 3-2、 机具配置 机具配置表 机具名称用途扫帚、钢丝刷、铲刀清理基层羊毛滚刷涂刷涂料剪刀裁剪纤维布粉笔做标识用卷尺、楔形塞尺、2M直尺度量尺寸铁桶搅拌液料磅秤或量斗配 料小铁桶装混合后低速电钻、搅拌头搅拌涂料油漆刷涂刷涂料刮板(橡皮)刮涂涂料3-3、 施工条
7、件 （1）基层表面清洁平整光滑，无积水，不得有空隙，开裂，及起砂，脱皮等缺陷，空隙只允许平缓变化。阴角处应做成半径50 mm的圆角。 （2）涂料施工适宜在030度气温的晴天进行，雨雪天和五级风以上不得施工，在施工时，应该遵守施工规范中的要求。 （3）基层的平整度用2m直尺检查，表面凹凸不平不得超过5mm， 且应平缓变化，每米长度内不得多于一处。 4. 操作工艺1）工艺流程：垫层施工基层清理涂刷基层处理剂 铺附加层平面铺卷材 验收砼保护层施工底板墙体、顶板钢筋砼施工立面铺卷材 验收 做保护层。2）搭接规定：相邻卷材的短边搭接95mm以上，长边搭接95mm以上；同时相邻卷材接头部位必须错开500m
8、m以上，且两层卷材不得相互垂直铺贴。 3）铺设规定：卷材铺贴时沿东西方向开始铺贴，铺贴时先平面后立面。 4）附加层：管根、转角处阴阳角等部位必须增加一层附加层，每边宽度为250mm。5）基层要求：a、为了使卷材与基层粘贴牢固，在底板垫层、保护墙做防水面，应找平层并压光，使防水卷材铺贴在一个平顺的基面上。要求阴阳角抹成圆角，如下图所示：b、基层抹完后应养护，待强度上升后，方可做防水层。c、基层清理：基层清理时必须将突出基层表面的异物、砂浆疙瘩等铲除，并将尘土杂物清除干净。若基层高低不平、起砂时，用掺加108 胶(占水泥重量的15)水泥浆刮平，视基层平整度情况刮1-2 遍即可，刮完后应养护。d、基
9、层干燥：防水层施工，基层要干燥。6）涂刷基层处理剂：涂刷基层处理剂：在基层表面满刷两道冷底子油，涂刷要均匀、不透底、遮盖率100%，涂刷完毕后报监理验收。7） 细部附加增强处理：对于阴阳角等部位应做增强处理。方法是先按细部形状将卷材剪好，不要将粘接保护膜揭掉；在细部贴一下，视尺寸、形状合适后，再将卷材的底面保护膜撕掉，即可立即粘贴在已涂刷一道密封材料的基层上，并压实铺牢。a、阴阳角处防水处理：转角部位，包括阳角、阴角及三面角，是防水层薄弱部位，应加强防水处理。在该部位增加附加层，附加层宽度为每边不小于250mm。具体做法如下： b、卷材搭接缝施工卷材搭接缝以及卷材收头的铺粘是影响铺贴质量的关键
10、之一，不随大面一次粘铺，而做专门处理是为保证地下工程热熔型卷材防水层的铺贴质量。卷材搭接长度如下图所示：c、底板防水层与外墙防水层交接处做法如下图：8）、铺贴附加层：管根、转角处、阴阳角部位加铺一层同质卷材附加层，附加层的宽度每边不小于250mm。按规范和设计要求将卷材裁成相应的形状进行热熔满贴。后浇带处铺一层附加层，附加层宽度=a(后浇带宽度)+60cm。附加层做完后报监理验收合格后方可进行下道工序。9）铺贴卷材：将防水卷材按铺贴长度和弹线尺寸裁剪并卷好备用，操作时将已卷好的卷材，用1500mm30的管穿入卷心，卷材端头比齐开始铺的起点，按照弹好的线，手扶管心两端向前缓缓滚动向前铺设，使卷材
11、平铺于基层上，要求用力均匀、不窝气，掌握好铺设压边宽度对平面与立面相连的卷材，先铺贴立面，然后由下向上满粘，并使卷材紧贴阴角。在永久保护墙上满贴卷材，粘贴牢固，临时保护墙上虚铺卷材并将卷材固定在临时保护墙的上端。 10）防水保护层施工：a、防水层做完后，按设计要求做好保护层，平面为60mm厚C15细石混凝土保护层；立面底板内侧为抹水泥砂浆保护层。在防水层上行走或用胶轮车运输材料，应在其上铺板。b、地下室钢筋混凝土结构施工完毕，清理墙面，并在外墙面上满涂基层处理剂牢固粘在墙面上。验收合格后做保护层。c、地下室北侧、南侧止水板底板侧面卷材防水施工： 由于基坑南侧没有预留工作面，只能够在止水板钢筋砼
12、施工前先行施工止水板底板侧面防水层。具体做法为：d、在止水板外边线做240厚（M10水泥砂浆砌筑）砖砌防水墙，e、防水导墙内侧用20厚1：2水泥砂浆粉刷压光，在该部位止水板高度范围内的防水层和止水板底板防水同时施工。f、防水层施工完成后，该部位的墙面防水保护层用50mm厚聚苯乙烯泡沫板保护（粘接剂粘接）。4-3、桩基防水： 本工程采用预制管桩做基础，对与桩基础的防水尤其重要。具体做法如下： （1）管桩的防水与附加层同步进行，桩基的防水范围为桩顶、及距桩角250MM范围。 （2）防水做法，桩顶为2厚水泥基渗透结晶防水涂料，三遍成活，桩角周围采用聚氨酯防水涂膜做法，桩头钢筋上使用止水垫片处理，阴阳
13、角作成50MM圆角。（3）操作要点：1）地下室侧墙施工应用滚刷进行施工，平面涂层采用橡胶刮板或长柄滚刷施工。2）在相同高度的施工面上，要先涂远离配料点部位，后涂近处，先涂立面，后涂平面。3）每遍涂膜施工前，应检查前一遍有无残留的气孔或气泡，如有则应用橡胶刮板将涂料用力压，将气泡里的气体挤出后在局部涂刷，然后才可进行下一道涂膜施工。4）涂层施工应该连续进行，当不能连续施工，需要分段进行时，段与段之间的涂膜搭接缝应该大于100 mm，接涂前应将其甩茬表面处理干净。5）转角、节点、管桩交接部位，应薄涂多遍，不得有流淌，堆积及胎体外露现象。5.成品保护（1）、涂膜完成24小时后，其他施工人员方可进入涂
