21、求人人进步“是英语教学所追求的一种境界。学生间有差异是难免的，往往基础差的学生在课堂上就显得被动，对于老师的提问也似懂非懂，日积月累就会有知识缺陷，甚至厌烦英语的学习。针对这一点，我就用了小组合作学习，合作评价的方法贯穿于课堂。在小组活动中，学生间互相帮助，互相促进，想尽各种办?袒畹耐嗔废暗幕幔枚弥湍艹晌判闵嘈叛哪芰?,英语是一门语言。我们知道，学语言的目的就是为了使用，光靠课堂上的练习是远远不够的。为了让学生能及时消化当天所学的知识，课后操练是必须的。我往往设场景（老师必须考虑适合学校、学生特点的场景）让他们课后合作操练，这不需要花很多时间，学生也很愿意学习。,由于教学时体验到了合作学习的妙
22、处，我建议学生复习时也要合作，并且提出了复习单词、对话可采取的合作方法，要不然学生觉得复习会枯燥无味，也收不到好效果。,1、复习单词。一是采用开火车式：一人说出一个单词的后，后几人说出与他读音相近的单词或说出首字母相同的单词。二是让学生进行抢答：一人说词义，另外几人抢说单词的拼写，同时用本单词造句。（比赛前，必须提出要求，要不然秩序就会乱，甚至有的同学没有回答的机会。）,2、复习对话、课文。三四人一组为佳，一是分角色读对话，但要确定听众，便于改正读得不好或读错的地方，同时也锻炼了孩子的听力。二是让每小组中基础差的学生，说出本单元的重点（单词、短语、语句），其他学生补充。三是口头提问，以求全面掌
23、握。,当然，合作复习的方式还有许多。只要学生提出好的办法，我便会在班级里推广，这也大大激发了学生学习英语的浓厚兴趣。,经过一段时间摸索，课堂气氛活跃的同时，学生学习积极主动，易于合作，学生的听、说、度、写的能力也大大提高，合作意识也大大增强，从而全面提高了学生的英语素质。可以这样说，合作学习的外语课堂充满了生机和灵气。,Unit 3 Months of a Year,教学总目标,通过本单元的教学，学生能说出一年十二个月的英语名称；能用英语简单介绍一些,中外节日。通过学习“Tell me something about your,When is?What do you,Usually do on
