16、14: a variety of interest: reading novels, increasing vocabulary, listening to Advanced Studio Classroom 結語發展自主學習能力的重要性 n大學教育銜接以升學為主要目標的中學教育 ，準備學生就業和終身（校外）學習。因此 ，培養(nourish)學生自主學習的能力是大學 教育的重要目標之一。 n對英文系大三學生往往有學生抱怨大四 的語言訓練不夠，但是學生應該主動發展自 學能力。 自主學習之成功要素 n心理因素自我能力認知(Self-Perception of Competence)，動機，制握信
17、念 (locus of control) (Fazey) n後設認知策略(metacognitive strategies) : 如決定學 習方向、自我督促、評估與增強(reinforcement) . (Thanasoulas) n學習策略如反覆、做筆記、脈絡化等等。 對於英文系學生來說，重點是培養學生 認識自己能力、有內在動機和內在的制握 信念，並因此選擇適合的學習策略。 結論 n即使是英文系的學生，仍需要鼓勵自學和提供指導。 n如何培養自主學習的能力而不減低學生的自主性？ n原則 n提供開放的學習環境與資源和實際誘因， n刺激反省學習方法，進行自我評估與自我檢測， n不斷選擇，調整學習策
