20、译专业资格(水平)考试 （CATTi）（http:/ ） w “翻译专业资格（水平）考试”(China Accreditation Test for Translators and Interpreters CATTI )是根据建立国家职业资格证书制度的精神,在 全国实行统一的、面向社会的、国内最具权威的翻译专业资格（水平） 认证；是对参试人员口译或笔译方面的双语互译能力和水平的认定。 w翻译专业资格(水平)考试合格，颁发由国家人力资源和社会保障部统一 印制并用印的中华人民共和国翻译专业资格(水平)证书。该证书在 全国范围有效，是聘任翻译专业技术职务的必备条件之一。根据国家人 力资源和社会保障
21、部有关规定，翻译专业资格（水平）考试已经正式纳 入国家职业资格证书制度，该考试在全国推开后，相应语种和级别的翻 译专业技术职务评审工作不再进行。 w这项考试分三级、二级、一级口笔译翻译和资深翻译4个等级，大体同 目前翻译职称中的初级、中级、副高、正高职称相对应。考试的难度大 致为：三级，非外语专业本科毕业、通过大学英语六级考试或外语大专 毕业生水平，并具备一定的口笔译实践经验；二级，非外语专业研究生 毕业或外语专业本科毕业生水平，并具备35年的翻译实践经验；一级 ，具备810年的翻译实践经验，是某语种双语互译方面的行家。资深 翻译实行考核评审方式取得，申报资深翻译的人员须具有一级口译或笔 译翻
22、译资格（水平）证书；一级口译、笔译翻译实行考试与评审相结合 的方式取得。目前我们进行的是二级口译、笔译翻译和三级口译、笔译 翻译的考试。 （二）全国英语翻译证书考试 (NAETI) w 英语翻译四级2008年首次开考，是教育部考试中心在原有三个 级别的基础上新开发的一个级别。该级别的考试分为笔译和口 译两部分，主要用来测试应试者商务英语口头和书面翻译能力 ，是我国涉外企事业单位招聘员工时对应聘者英语语言及英语 翻译能力的评价依据，其适用对象为英语专业大专或高职毕业 生、英语专业本科二年级学生以及具有同等水平的各类英语学 习者。 w 英语四级翻译考试计划每年开考两次，于五月和十月的第四个 周六
23、各举行一次。为了给考生提供方便，教育部考试中心规定 ：在四级考试中，考生的单项（口译或笔译）合格成绩可以保 留到下一考次。即：若某考生某次考试只有笔译或者口译合格 ，该考生可于相邻的下一次考试只报考参加不合格的那一项考 试，合格后可获得一张四级翻译证书。考生初次参加该考试必 须同时报考笔译和口译。口译考试安排在笔译考试当天下午进 行。 2009年考试报名时间 w 网上报名：3月1日至4月5日 w 确认时间（考点确认）： 3月30日至4月 10日 w 考试时间：英语四级笔译（5月23日） （三）上海市外语口译岗位资格证书 （http:/ w 上海外语口译证书考试是上海紧缺人才 培训工程重要项目之
24、一，由上海市高校浦东 继续教育中心（PCEC）负责组织实施。自 1995年6月开考至2004年秋季，已有19.82万人 次报考，1.71万人经考试（含笔试、口试）合 格获得由上海紧缺人才培训工程联席会议办 公室颁发的上海市外语口译岗位资格证书 ，近千人获得由上海市外语口译岗位资格 证书考试委员会颁发的上海市英语口译基 础能力合格证书。 英语口译基础能力证书考试 w 该考试的主要对象是具有高中英语以上水平 、但与英语中级口译要求有一定距离者。比 较适合大学低年级学生、高职校学生、高中 生、三校生和具有高中英语以上水平的其他 人员报考。 w 该项目2002年10月进行了试点考试。2003年 始全面
25、推开，每年4月中旬和10月中旬举行考 试。考试分为笔试和口试两部分。笔试以听 力为主，包括听写、听力理解和听译，考试 时间45分钟；口试包括口语和口译两部分， 共25分钟，笔试加口试总共考试时间为70分 钟，一天内完成。笔试和口试的考分分别为 100分，两项总和满分为200分，合格为120分 。合格者可获得由上海市外语口译岗位资格 证书考试委员会印制的“上海市英语口译基础 能力考试合格证书”。 考试的指定培训教材 w 听力教程以齐伟钧主编的中级英语听 力教程为代用教材，由上海海文音像出版 社出版 w 口语教程（试用本）由英语口译基础能 力证书教材编写组编著 w 口译教程（试用本）由英语口译基础
