19、 Special Scholarship for Young Doctoral Programme Students 早稲田大学若手研究者特別奨学金,From April 2009, Waseda University will provide all the doctoral programme students who are under 30 years old with special scholarship . The maximum duration of the scholarship is 3 years. The details will be announced soon.
20、,JPY 600,000 / year,CSC Scholarship （中国政府国家建設高水平大学公派研究生項目）,For the academic year 2009, Waseda University IPS will accept students who will be on this scholarship programme into its doctoral programme. IPS will accept the students who wish to become regular students of its doctoral programme. Unfortu
21、nately, IPS cannot accept any students who wish to become research students. Please consult with professors / officers in charge at your home university if you are interested in this programme.,Scholarships （奨学金）,There are number of scholarships that the international students can apply for mainly a

They include scholarships offered by governments, private foundations, etc as well as Wasedas own university scholarships.,Tuition Fee Reduction （授業料減免）,For the international students attending IPS at their own expense, there is a tuition assistance system emphasising scholastic a
