4、m and shall be sent to AFCENs GeneralSecretariat (see address overleaf).Before the issue of such a request, it is recommended that the RCC-M should be carefully read in order to avoid issuing unnecessary requests.AFCEN will have the interpretation requests processed by the authors of the RCC-M. The
5、answer given will be sent to the emitter by AFCENs General Secretariat.BNOTE:(1) This reference, corresponding to the emitters own internal reference shall be mentioned in any subsequent correspondence with AFCEN.It is important to provide this information, which will be the input to AFCENs interpre
