2、 Electric Snow Movers, UL 1090Fifth Edition, Dated September 26, 2007Summary of TopicsThe Fifth Edition of UL 1090 was issued to: 1) revise Paragraph 1.3 to update the specific sections of ANSI B71.3, Safety Specifications for Snow Throwers, that are required for compliance with UL 1090; 2) revise P

3、aragraph 20.4 to prohibit the use of sheet-metal screws as a means of securing grounding or bonding conductors to an enclosure; 3) revise Paragraph33.10 to delete reference to the use of asbestos materials; 4) revise the component standards list in Appendix A to replace UL 506 with UL 5085-1, UL 508

4、5-2, and UL 5085-3, to replace UL198F with UL 248-11, and to replace UL 198G with UL 248-14; 5) editorial revisions including addition of statement to address undated references and removal of dates associated with references in the standard and renumbering.The following table lists the future effec

However, if the applicant elects this option, it should be noted that compliance with all the requirements in this Standard will be required as a condition of continued Listing and Follow-Up Services after the effective date, and understandi
