2、ality Guarantees ? 1 Inspection 1.1 The product has passed the strict inspection before it is delivered. 1.2 After unpacking, check the product for any damage due to improper transportation, and see if the size and model comply with the purchasing order .A manufacturers mark of conformity is also av

3、ailable. If there is any question, please contact the supplier. 1.3The equipment is guaranteed for fifteen months from the date of exporting. However faults caused by the following reasons are out of the range of guarantee: ?Improper operation?unauthorized repair or modification; ?Operation beyond t

7、 2 Installation 2.1 Mounting direction and space Mount the product in a vertical direction and remain a distance around the inverter of at least that shown in the figure below: 2.2Mounting environment: ?Mount in a draughty place; ?Environmental temperature -10?40?bare machine temperature -10?50?; ?P

8、rotect it against water (rainfall) and keep relative percentage humidity below 90 ?Avoid direct sunlight; ?Avoid inflammable ?corrosiveliquid and gas; ?Prevent it from being in contact with dust powder?oil dust?floating fiber or metal dirt; ?Mount in a stable place, protect the inverter against phys

9、ical shocks and vibration; ?Avoiding Electro-Magnetic Interference, Separate the inverter from the source of disturbance. ? 2.3 Wiring of Main Circuit Wiring terminals arrangement of Standard ALPHA 2000 is shown in the follow figure: Power? 11KW 15KW 4M?,before peripheral device ,such as brake unit,

10、 EMI filter and reactor ,is connected to the inverter. Special attentions ?Please cut off the power before wiring and inspecting. ?Dont contact AC power source to the output terminals U, V, W of the inverter; ?It is not permissible to touch PCB or interior components before battery control lamp goes

11、 off or until 5 minutes after the power has been removed. It is necessary to use meters to confirm the charging capacitance has discharged off. Otherwise, a risk of electric shock may happen. ?Since body static electricity may causeserious damage to MOS field-effect transistor and other sensitive el

12、ements, please dont touch the interior devices ,such as PCB ,IGBT module .etc, before any measure is took to prevent static electricity ?Be sure not to modify the inside circuitwiring or replace the components during the guarantee period. ?When using the inverter, the earthling terminal of the inver
