Ozone resistance must be ensured even after the effects of fuels and h

5、igh temperature. Not suitable for applications involving blow-by gas or sour gas! 2 Designation ECO/CO molded part according to TL 520 52 3 Requirements 3.1 General requirements Approval of first supply and changes according to Volkswagen standard VW 011 55. Avoidance of hazardous substances accordi

6、ng to VW 911 01. 10 to 25 finished parts depending on the size are required for complete testing. 3.1.1 Appearance The parts must be free of inclusions, blisters, damage, surface flaws and other defects. 3.2 Oil resistance The requirements regarding oil resistance are only valid if “oil-resistant” i

7、s additionally required in the drawing. The requirements regarding fuel and diesel fuel resistance are omitted for oil-resistant parts. 3.3 Temperature ranges Service life temperature: -40 C to +110 C Over short periods up to: +150 C The English translation is believed to be accurate. 14、ing 5.1 Aging at elevated temperature Appropriate test specimens shall be aged in an oven (stationary). Measurements are taken after a 30-minute period of acclimatization at (23 2) C. 5.2 Fuel immersion aging The specimen parts are aged in fuel for 48 h at (23 2) C. The following test fluids shall b

15、e used: FAM test fluid according to DIN 51 604-B Diesel fuel according to TL 788. Measurements are taken 15 min after removal. The specimen parts aged in diesel fuel are dabbed off. 16、ed for 24 h at +80 C in an oven (stationary) or in an oven protected against explosion. 5.4 Tear propagation strength after fuel immersion aging Calculations shall be based on the dimensions prior to aging. 5.5 Aging in engine oil S3A standard test specimens are aged 100 h at +150 C in Reference Eng

17、ine Oil C.20 SAE 5W-40 according to TL 521 85. Measurements are taken 30 min after removal.
