5、7. Summary of Topics The Second edition was issued to clarify the UL effective date statement shown on the Preface page and to make other administrative changes. The technical content of the First edition has been reproduced verbatim in this edition; the text of the standard has not been changed. Th
6、e revisions dated July 23, 2007 were issued to correct a typo in the effective date. As noted in the Commitment for Amendments statement located on the back side of the title page, UL and CSA are committed to updating this IEC-based binational standard jointly. However, this Second edition dated Jul
7、y 16, 2007 and revisions dated July 23, 2007 will not be issued by CSA since it addresses UL only administrative changes. Text that has been changed in any manner is marked with a vertical line in the margin. Changes in requirements are marked with a vertical line in the margin and are followed by a

New product submittals made prior to a specifi ed future effective date will be judged under all of the requirements in this Standard including those requirements with
