2、stract It is researched the steel-plane spring of truck by use of steel 60Si2Mn instead of the steel 55SiMnVB and the heat treatment.The re- sult indicates that by use of steel 60Si2Mn which is treated with water-based quenchant JYX-XX it can increase the hardenability eliminate the quenching soft s
3、pot and increase the hardness 2 4HRC.Fatigue life is over 140 000 times reaching technical requirement.Road-test indicates that the property of 60Si2Mn steel-plane spring fully satisfied the using requirement.
