2、hods of test for textiles, Method 4.1: Colourfastness testsDefinitions and general requirements. The objective of this Standard is to provide manufacturers and testing bodies with a standard method for determining the resistance of colour in textiles to treatments such as chemical, mechanical or nat

3、ural as well as definitions. This Standard is an adoption with national modifications and has been reproduced from ISO 105-A01:1994, TextilesTest for colour fastness, Part A01: General principles of testing. For the purpose of this Standard, the ISO text is supplemented as set out in Appendix ZZ. Th

4、ese changes are indicated by a margin bar against the relevant clause or part thereof affected. As this Standard is reproduced from an International Standard, the following applies: (a) Its number appears on the cover and title page while the International Standard number appears only on the cover.

5、(b) It is the source text this part of ISO 105 should read this Australian Standard. (c) A full point should be substituted for a comma when referring to a decimal marker. In accordance with the current criteria specified in ISO/IEC 17025, this Standard does not require estimation and reporting of m

6、easurement uncertainty. AS 2001.4.11996 was based on ISO 105-A01. Appendix A of AS 2001.4.1 incorporated standard reference materials from ISO 105, Parts A02, A03, B01 and the F series. Appendix B was identical to ISO 105-A04, and Appendix C was identical to ISO 105-A05. Committee TX-020 is currentl

7、y in the process of adopting these Standards. When this is done AS 2001.4.11996 will be withdrawn. 14、15 Oct 2007 APPENDIX ZZ LIST OF VARIATIONS TO ISO 105-A01:1994 FOR AUSTRALIA (Normative) This Appendix lists variations between this Standard and ISO 105-A01. Clause 13.2 Add to Clause 13.2 the following: For multicoloured specimens where the area of each colour is large enough to be assessed and ad

15、equate to allow a fair comparison with an unexposed area of the same colour, all colours should be assessed and reported individually for the degree of colour change. For some multicoloured specimens where many small coloured areas are blended into the overall shade which may not allow individual te

16、sting and assessment, the shade depth or pattern repeat of the individual colour may be a major factor in the overall assessment of the colourfastness of the specimen.
