9、rection of the Aerospace Standards Policy Committee, is a revision of BS HC 102:1973 which is withdrawn. It also supersedes DTD specification DTD 5309. In this revision, the table of chemical composition and the heat treatment requirements have been modified. The units given in Table 2 for Izod impa

Users of British Standards are responsible for their correct application. Compliance with a British Standard does not of

This standard has been updated (see copyright date) and may have had amendments incorporated. This will

13、, condition, heat treatment and mechanical properties of precipitation hardening chromium-nickel-copper-molybdenum steel castings having a strength of 1 250 MPa. (Cr 14.0, Ni 4.5, Cu 2.5, Mo 1.5). Requirements are also given for the rectification of defects and the detection of flaws. Manufacture of

14、 castings to this specification may be restricted to foundries specially approved in accordance with 1.1 of BS HC 100. NOTEThe titles of the publication referred to in this standard are given on the inside back cover. 2 Inspection and testing procedure This British Standard shall be used in conjunct

NOTEIt is advisable for investment castings to be treated in an inert atmosphere. 5.1.2 Hold at a temperature of not more than 25 C for not less than 24 h before further heat treatment. NOTEFor heavy sections it
