Common Name: thiophanate-methyl 1.1 The word “thiophanate-methyl” (pronounced ,th-fan-t-meth-al) has been accepted as the Ameri- can National Standard Common Name for the chemical dimethyl ( 1,2-phenylene)bis(iminocarbonothioyl) bis carbamate . 1.2 Acceptance signifies compliance with

3、 American Na- tional Standard Procedure for the Acceptance of an American National Standard Common Name for a Pest Control Chemical, K62.1-1974. 2. Use of Common Name 2.1 The common name applies to the 100% pure chemical. 2.2 Technical grades and formulations shall indicate the percentage of thiopha
