Consensus is established when, in the judgment of the ANSI Board of Standards Review, substantial agreement has been reached by directly and materially affected interests.

IS0 (the International Organization for Standardization) and IEC (the International Electrotechnical Commission) form the spe
16、cialized system for worldwide standardization.
