OBJECTIVE Over the past few years, airports and airlines have been asked to develop comprehensive safety and operational trai
3、ning programs for ramp activities. Many of these training programs have been developed in absence of any industry standard or an assessment of effective or common practices. Research is needed to collect these practices, examine the rationale for the practice and what factors influence the practice. Report to the industry the breadth and depth of techniques available to airports and airlines.
