Common Name: flusilazole 1.1 The word “flusilazole” (pronounced flu-sil-a-zl) has been accepted as the American National Standard Common Name for the chemical l-bis(4-fluoro- phenyl)methylsilyl methyl- 1H- 1,2,4-triazole. 1.2 Acceptance signifies compliance with America

3、n National Standard Common Name for a Pest Control Chemical - Procedure for Acceptance, ANSI K62.1- 1985. 0 2. Use of Common Name O b) b) O r 4- x Y 2.1 The common name applies to the 100% pure chemical. 2.2 Technical grades and formulations shall indicate the percentage of flusilazole present; for

4、example, flusilazole - approximately 40%. 2.3 The sponsor of the common name “flusilazole” has agreed to release and permit the use of the name “flusilazole” with respect to any product, whether or Name furnished upon request. not manufactured or formulated by it, which contains a pest control chemi

5、cal conforming to the description set forth in this American National Standard. 3. Limitations Neither the American National Standards Institute nor the Accredited Standards Committee for Com- mon Names for Pest Control Chemicals, K62, guar- antees or assumes any responsibility that use of this name

6、 in connection with this or any other chemical or product will not infringe on or conflict with any existing proprietary name, trademark, or trade name. Approval as an American National Standard Com- mon Name constitutes recognition by the Institute that a consensus exists within Accredited Standard

7、s Committee K62, operating under Institute procedures and basing its recommendation on data submitted by a sponsor, favoring consideration of the use of the name to designate the pest control chemical de- scribed herein by all interested persons. The informa- tion concerning the chemical and physica

8、l properties of the chemical is not a part of the standard but is provided solely as an aid to identification, and its accuracy is not guaranteed. An American National Standard implies a consensus of those substantially concerned with its scope and provisions, An American National Standard is intend

9、ed as a guide to aid the manufacturer, the consumer, and the general public. The existence of an American National Stan- dard does not in any respect preclude anyone, whether he has approved the standard or not, from manufacturing, marketing, purchasing, or using products, processes, or procedures n

10、ot conforming to the standard. American National Standards are subject to periodic review and users are cautioned to obtain the latest editions. The American National Standards Institute does not develop standards and will in no circumstances give an interprefation of any American National Standard.

11、 Moreover, no person shaii have the right or authority to issue an interpretation of an American National Standard in the name of the American National Standards Institute.
