2、 The word “asulam” (pronounced asLu- lam) has been accepted as the American Na- tional Standard Common Name for the chem- ical methyl sulfanilylcarbamate. 1 . 2 Acceptance signifies compliance with American National Standard Procedure for the Acceptance of an American National Standard Common Name f

3、or a Pest Control Chemical, K62.1-1968. 2. Use of Common Name 2 . 1 The common name applies to the 100 percent pure chemical. 2.2 Technical grades and formulations shall indicate the percentage of asulam present; for example, asulam - 95-97 percent minimum. 2.3 The Sponsor of the common name “as- ul

4、am” has agreed to release and permit the use of the name “asulam” with respect to any product, whether or not manufactured or for- Name furnished upon request. mulated by it, which contains a pest control chemical conforming to the description set forth in this American Natiqnai Standard. 3.
