Specifications CV7771-CV7772 Issue 1 dated 3 January 1967 with their existing amendments which

6、are reproduced below are hereby adopted as BS 9300 C771-772. 2. Devices inspected, released and supplied to this specification shall be marked CV7771-CV7772 as appropriate and where applicable, with the letters KB. 3. The references to “Military specification”, “Commercial equivalents”, “Reliability

7、 assurance provisions” or requirements and “Preparation for delivery” shall be disregarded. 4. In the Groups A, B and C inspection tables the references in the “K1007/NATO Ref” column shall be superseded by the appropriate reference given in BS 9300 Appendix C (Tables 1 to 5 inclusive). 5. Test holders should give the same V.S.W.R. as the standard holders within 2 %. NOTE 2Mixer diodes shall not be used as standards

32、 for measurement of any parameter but may be used as transfer standards. The standard admittance shall be defined by holders supplied by the Approving Authority. NOTE 3The standard reference shall be a noise tube VX9247, assuming a noise level of 15.3 0.1 dB above thermal for a current of 200 mA. An

33、y approved method of measurement may be used, with allowance for experimental error. NOTE 4The standard of reference shall be a RC 7 k resistor within the range 330390 ohms, mounted axially in a holder having the same socket dimensions as a CV7771, with lead lengths less than 0.125 inch. The resista

34、nce shall be assumed equal to the d.c. value. The limit may be increased to 550 ohms if an approved bridge method is used. NOTE 5%Fo may be greater than 1 dB if (Fo+ %Fo) is less than, or equal to, 7.5 dB. %Fo must not be greater than 1 dB if (Fo+ %Fo) is greater than 7.5 dB. NOTE 6The diode shall b

35、e subjected to 5 000 pulses, applied in the most deleterious direction, from a section of concentric line giving a pulse length of 2.5 10 9 seconds or from an 18 pF capacitor, at an energy level of 0.16 erg. The repetition rate shall not exceed 5 000 pulses per second. NOTE 7The shock test machine s

36、hall be approved. Each device shall receive five blows in each of three mutually perpendicular directions, one of which shall be the major axis of the device.
