7、.1 Deviation on internal diameter. Deviations for the internal diameter are in principle 1/1 000 of the internal diameter. For sizes C190 and smaller, deviations are under consideration. 1.2 Ellipticity. The ellipticity shall not exceed 1/1 000 at any cross section for sizes C3.3 to C165 inclusive.

8、For sizes C190 and smaller dimensions, the requirement for ellipticity is under consideration. 1.3 Theoretical attenuation. The values given in the tables are based on a figure for the resistivity of copper of 1.7241 10 87m. 2 Marking The marking shall be in accordance with 1.1.6 of BS 9220, except

9、that for sizes smaller than C165 each length of waveguide shall be marked by durable labels attached to the waveguide. 3 Related documents BS 9220, Rigid waveguide tubing of assessed quality: Generic data and methods of test. BS 2871, Schedule of copper and copper alloys. Tubes. BS 3839, Oxygen-free

10、 high conductivity copper for electronic valves and semi-conductor devices. 4 Ordering information Orders for waveguides covered by this specification shall contain the following information, in accordance with the requirements of 1.1.15 of BS 9220. 1) BS number of this detail specification. 2) Refe

11、rence code (see 1.1.6.2 of BS 9220). 3) Piece length. 5 Certified test records The CTR, as issued at 6-monthly intervals, will contain attributes information for all subgroup A2 tests.
