It is identical with CECC 00104 “Rule of Procedure 4 CECC Working Groups Part I: General Rules Part II: Additional rules”, 4th edition as amended by
8、Amendments 1, 2 and 3 published by the European Committee for Electrotechnical Standardization (CENELEC) Electronic Components Committee (CECC). This standard prescribes the procedures for the establishment of Working Groups under the CECC System, the appointment of their members and the methods of
9、working. Part I applies to Working Groups dealing with components for general and professional (civil and military) usage. Part II applies to Working Groups dealing with components of enhanced assessment of quality. The British Standard which implements the CECC Rules of Procedure is BS 9000 “Genera
10、l requirements for a system for electronic components of assessed quality” Part 2:1991 “Specification for the national implementation of the CECC System”. The Technical Committee has reviewed the provisions of CECC 00400 to which reference is made in the text and has decided that they are acceptable
11、 for use in conjunction with this standard. A British Standard does not purport to include all the necessary provisions of a contract. Users of British Standards are responsible for their correct application. Compliance with a British Standard does not of itself confer immunity from legal obligation
