Requirements for rims for metric series tyres are specified in the other Subsections of Section 5. Part 4 of this standa
12、rd is concerned with rim profiles and dimensions. Other Parts are as follows: Part 1: Tyres; Part 2: Wheels and rims; Part 3: Valves. Other Sections of Part 4 are as follows: Section 1: Passenger car rims; Section 2: Commercial vehicle rims; Section 3: Off-the-road vehicle rims; Section 4: Agricultu

In particular, care should be taken to ensure that the wheel will withstand the maximum pressure of any tyre that can be fitted in accordance with BS AU 50-1.5.1:1994. This pressure may exceed
18、1 000 kPa (10 bar) for both diagonal and radial tyres. 2 References 2.1 Normative reference This Subsection of BS AU 50-4 incorporates, by dated or undated reference, provisions from another publication.
