11、hanical properties and inspection and test requirements for a precipitation hardening copper-beryllium alloy supplied in the form of wire for precipitation treatment after forming into springs. 2 References This standard makes reference to the following standards publications: BS B 100, Procedure fo

BS EN 2500, Instructions for the drafting and use of metallic material standards1). 3 Technical requirements 3.1 The technical requirements for material to this standard shall comply with those specified in Table 1. 3.2 Symbols and units in Table 1 shall be interpreted in acc

14、ordance with BS 5555, BS 5775-0 or BS EN 2500. 3.3 For the purposes of this standard, a batch is defined as the material of the same nominal cross-sectional dimensions, from the same cast, manufactured by the same route and heat treated together. 3.4 Springs shall be supplied in the solution treated
