It is identical with CECC 50008 Issue 3:1991: “Harmonized system of quality assessment for electronic components. Blank detail specifi

6、cation: Ambient-rated rectifier diodes” published by the European Committee for Electrotechnical Standardization (CENELEC) Electronic Components Committee (CECC). CECC 50008 Issue 3:1991 was prepared by CECC WG7: “Rectifier diodes and thyristors” and the United Kingdom participation in the drafting

7、was provided by Technical Committee ECL/24: Semiconductors. In 1992 the CENELEC Electronic Components Committee (CECC) accepted CECC 50008:1991 as European Standard EN 150008:1992. This standard supersedes BS CECC 50008:1982 which remains valid to cover all existing approvals. Scope This standard li

8、sts the ratings, characteristics and inspection requirements which shall be included as mandatory requirements in accordance with BS CECC 50000 in any detail specification for these devices. The text of this standard consists of the text of BS CECC 50008 Issue 2 (1982) amended to include characteris

9、tics which apply to avalanche and controlled avalanche rectifier diodes. The Technical Committee has reviewed the provisions of CECC 00200 and CECC 00300 to which reference is made in the text and has decided that they are acceptable for use in conjunction with this standard. The object of the System is to facilitate international trade by the harmonization of the specifications and quality assessment procedures for electronic component

25、s, and by the grant of an internationally recognized Mark, or Certificate, of Conformity. The components produced under the System are thereby acceptable in all member countries without further testing. This specification has been formally approved by the CECC, and has been prepared for those countr

26、ies taking part in the System who wish to issue national harmonized specifications for Ambient-rated rectifier diodes. 36、apply to avalanche and controlled avalanche rectifier diodes only) introduced in the following document: Effective date This Issue 3 shall become effective for all new applications for qualification approval on 15 August 1991. Issue 2 shall remain valid to cover all past approvals. NOTEIt is recogni
