After inquiries and votes carried out in
19、accordance with the rules of this Association, this standard has successively received the approval of the National Associations and the Official Services of the member countries of AECMA, prior to its presentation to CEN. This standard was submitted to the Formal Vote and the result was positive. T
20、his European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of an identical text or by endorsement, at the latest by February 1995, and conflicting national standards shall be withdrawn at the latest by February 1995. It

Special methods such as the use of polarizing light (to observe internal stresses inside materials) or other indicators (to observe cracks or cavities inside materials) are not required unless called for i
