10、55015:1996 Limits and methods of measurement of radio disturbance characteristics of electrical lighting and similar equipment, including amendments A1:1997 and A2:1999, published by the European Committee for Electrotechnical Standardization (CENELEC). It is identical with CISPR 15:1996 including A

11、mendments 1:1997 and 2:1998, published by the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC). The foreword of the EN makes reference to the “date of withdrawal” (dow) of the relevant national standard. In this case the relevant national standard is BS EN 55015:1993 as amended by amendments Nos 1:19

12、93 and 2:1998, which will be withdrawn on 2000-01-01. The main technical changes are: limitation of the scope to electromagnetic disturbances only. A standard for immunity requirements for lighting equipment is prepared by IEC Technical Committee 34; full application of the limits to all kinds of li

13、ghting equipment; lamps, luminaires and auxiliaries; introduction of operating conditions for lighting equipment; change of the method of measurement of insertion loss. Annex A and Annex B form an integral part of this standard. Annex C is for information only. A British Standard does not purport to

14、 include all the necessary provisions of a contract. Users of British Standards are responsible for their correct application.
