The washers are primarily for use with B.A. and B.S.F. bolts. 2 Material The washers shall be manufactu
8、red from the appropriate material specified in Table 1. 3 Dimensions The washers shall conform to the dimensions specified in Table 2. 4 Finish The washers shall be flat, within a tolerance of 0.005 in., with parallel faces and free from burrs. All washers manufactured from cold rolled steel, comply
9、ing with BS S 5141) shall be cadmium plated in accordance with Ministry of Supply Process Specification D.T.D. 904.1) 5 Identification The washers shall be identified for ordering purposes by the number of the British Standard together with the appropriate code letter shown in Table 2, e.g. Stainles
