The Supplier Declaration of Conformity shall be in accordance with ISO/IEC Guide 22. 3.2.1 Qualification Appro
3、val Tests The tests required for qualification approval inspection are prescribed in annex B. As a minimum, the qualification test shall include all tests in annex B that are designated as mandatory tests. The relevant specification may also prescribe tests that are not in annex B, in that case it s
4、hall include the additional tests either within existing test groups or as additional test groups. The test samples for qualification approval inspection shall be randomly selected from a current production lot or as agreed with the certifjmg organization. 3.2.2 Test Specimens The minimum number of
5、test specimens for each test shall be in accordance with annex B. The test specimens shall be representative of the type(s) for which qualification is sought. See 3.3. Test specimens shall not be included in lots released for delivery. 3.2.3 Extent of Qualification Approval Qualification approval ma
6、y be granted for all switches that are structurally similar to the qualification test specimens described in the Detail Specification or, in the case of capability approval, it may be granted for the range of products described in the Detail Specification having capability approval requirements. 3.2
7、.4 Maintenance of Qualification Qualification is maintained by regular demonstration of compliance with the requirements for quality conformance inspection. Test records must be maintained by the manufacturer and made available on request. 3.2.5 Suspension or Withdrawal of Qualification The manufact
8、urer shall voluntarily suspend its qualification if it fails to comply with the requirements of the specification. Suspension shall be temporary until the reason(s) for failure have been corrected. The manufacturer may also withdraw its qualification. Customers must be notified of suspension or with
9、drawal of qualification. 3.2.6 Significant changes The manufacturer shall report to its customers any technical modifications that could adversely affect Copyright Electronic Components, Assemblies or as specified in the detail specification. d) For lot-by-lot inspections, the test duration may be 5

Duty cycle: The ratio of conducting (ON) time to the total time for one cycle. For example, 30% ON. Electromechanical switch: A Switch that
12、opens, closes, or changes the connection of an electrical circuit by the mechanical motion of conducting parts (contacts). 13、be grouped together for approval and quality conformance inspection. Wiping action (contact): The sliding or tangential motion between two contact surfaces when they are touching. 15、 is based upon a fixed sample size procedure, the following test schedule shall be used for approval of a single style of switch. For approval of multiple styles of the same switch type, the total quantity of test specimens for each test and the proportion of each representative style shall be propo
16、sed by the manufacturer and shall be accepted by the certifying organization. Spare test specimens are permitted. As a minimum, the detail specification must speci the detail requirements for each mandatory test. All other tests are optional. The complete set of tests required for qualification appr
17、oval shall consist of the mandatory tests and the specified tests. After completion of Group A tests, the test specimens shall then be divided for the other groups. The tests within a group shall be performed in the order shown except Group A tests may be performed in any sequence. Specimens found d
18、efective during the tests of Group A shall not be used for other groups. “One defective unit“ is counted when a switch has not satisfied all or part of the tests of a group. Qualification Approval is granted when the number of defective units does not exceed the specified number of permissible defec
19、tives for each test and the total number of permissible defectives for each group. The conditions of test and the performance requirements for Qualification Approval tests shall be the same as for Quality Conformance Inspection. For periodic inspections, the proportion of t
32、est specimens of different styles shall be the same as for Qualification Approval tests in annex B. The assessment level shall be selected from the following table. Additional assessment levels may be specified by the relevant specification. Only those test specimens that have successfully completed
33、 Group A shall be subjected to the periodic inspection. The conditions of test and the performance requirements for Quality Conformance Inspection shall be the same as for Qualification Approval. The prescribed AQLs apply to each attribute inspected during the test. At the manufacturers option, a mo
34、re stringent AQL may be used.
