2、of 4 1 Scope 1.1 Material Description. This specification covers the properties of a 1900 MPa nominal flexural modulus polyolefin alloy, UV stable, scratch resistant, laser scorable, pellet form, injection molding compound. For the purpose of this specification, polyolefin alloy is defined as an all
3、oy of polypropylene plastic and EP(ethylene/propylene) or EPDM (ethylene- propylene-diene monomer) rubber. 1.1.1 Paintability. Approved paint systems that can be used on this material are listed in the GM Approved Paint on Parts Systems (GM APOPS) database. Painted panels shall be tested to GM4350M
4、C0 for full specification approval. 1.1.2 Processability. For full specification approval, material shall be molded in a GM specified tool using specified process parameters to confirm equivalent manufacturability 1.3 Symbol. The material abbreviation according to ISO 11469 is E/P0.050 mm diameter a

Only sources listed in the GM Material
