6、quirements specified in Part 1 of this test specification, the following requirements apply: GME O1 O11 Part2 1.1 Pinion Test The idling clearance between drive pinion and tooth segment shall not exceed 40“ per pinion revolution. I 1.2 Strength Test When connected to the base plate, the drive pinion
7、 bearing shall withstand a load of 400 N without becoming loose. 11、 and Noise Test When in the position shown in the sketch with freely moveable guide lever and with load “Q“ applied on the slider of the drive lever, over the entire lift range, the window lifter shall meet the following toque requirements, measured on the crank axis: The torques and load Q are take
12、n off the table from the appendix of this test specification. Refer to charts in the appendix to this specification prior to measurement of the torque, 10 cycles (upward and downward movements over the entire lift range) shall be carried out. The measurement shall be carried out at 40 to 60 min- uni
13、form crank revolutions. Rattle, clicking or other disturbing noise are not permissible throughout the entire lift range during this test. 16、ingshebel und am Gleitstck des Antriebshebels mit “Q“ belastet, folgende, an der Kurbelachse gemessene Drehmomente ber den gesamten Hubbereich erfllen: Die Drehmomente und die Belastung Q sind der Tabelle des Anhangs dieser Priifvorschrift zu entnehmen. Vor der Messung der Drehmomente mssen 10 Zykle
17、n (Auf- und Abwrtsbewegung ber den gesamten Hubbereich) ausgefhrt werden. Die Messung ist bei 40 bis 60 min- gleichmigen Kurbelumdrehungen durchzufhren. Bei dieser Prfung sind Rattern, Knacken oder sonstige strende Gerusche ber den gesamten Hub nicht zulssig. Die Welligkeit der Drehmoment-Drehwinkel
18、-Kurve darf maximal f 0,5 Nm des gemessenen mittleren Drehmomentes betragen.
