18、.) Rgler le signal dentre de manire amener le signal de sortie dabord environ 5 70 de ltendue, puis environ 95 Yo; noter les niveaux dentre correspondants. Augmenter progressivement lentre jusquau dpassement dchelle maximal spcifi par le constructeur. Aprs que ce dpassement aura t appliqu pendant 1
19、min, on rduira lentre jusqu la valeur infrieure nominale de ltendue. Aprs un intervalle de temps supplmentaire de 5 min et en utilisant les mmes valeurs de sortie que prcdemment, on dterminera les variations requises des valeurs dentre pour ramener la sortie aux valeurs utilises au dpart. Les variat
20、ions de la valeur dentre dtermine aprs dpassement de lintervalle dentre doivent tre notes. Ces variations doivent tre exprimes en pourcentage de lintervalle dentre. NOTE - Si ie dpassement dchelle produit des effets thermiques significatifs, il convient daugmenter la dure dapplication en consquence.
21、 5.3 Qualit de lenregistrement Lenregistreur doit tre raccord comme en exploitation normale; on doit appliquer un signal dentre alternatif, damplitude crte crte gale la moiti de ltendue de mesure et centr au milieu des valeurs dentre infrieure et suprieure. La frquence doit tre choisie de manire que
22、 toutes les traces enregistres puissent tre clairement distingues (pas plus dun cycle par millimtre de parcours denregistrement). Aprs un nombre de traverses appropri, noter: a) si les traces ne prsentent pas dinterruption du dbit dencre; b) si le changement de couleur dencre nintervient quaprs une
23、distance suprieure 5 mm aprs avoir crois des traces de couleurs diffrentes. 24、d without license from IHS -,-,- 1153OIEC -11 - 5.2 Effects of influence quantities 5.2.1 Po wer supply variations (Full test: see 9.1 .I and 9.2 of IEC 873.) Adjust the input signal to bring the output to approximately 95 /O of span. Measure and report the change of input that is necessary to bring
25、 the output level to its original value in Yo of span at the following variations in power supply or at the manufacturers stated limits, if smaller: voltage variation = +10 %, -15 o / o of nominal a.c. or d.c. voltage; supply pressure variation = I10 o / o of nominal supply pressure. 5.2.2 Overrange
26、 (Full test: see 9.14 of IEC 873.) With the input adjusted to bring the output first to approximately 5 o / o and then to approximately 95 Yo span, note the input levels. The input shall then be increased gradually to the maximum overrange specified by the manufacturer. After the overrange has been
27、applied for 1 min, the input shall be reduced to the nominal lower range value. After a further 5 min have elapsed, using the same output values as before, determine the changes required in input values to bring the output back to the originally used values. The changes in input determined after ove
28、rranging shall be reported, expressed as per cent input span. NOTE - If overranging produces significant thermal effects, the duration of application should be increased accordingly. 5.3 Recording quality The instrument shall be connected as for normal operation and an alternating input applied with
29、 a peak-to-peak amplitude equal to half the span and centred at the mean of the upper and lower range input values. The frequency selected shall be such that all recorded traces can be clearly distinguished (not more than 1 cycle per millimeter chart travel). After an appropriate number of traverses
30、 it shall be noted: a) whether all traces are without interruption of the ink flow; b) whether the ink colours change over a longer distance than 5 mm after crossing different colour traces. 34、rt-drive operating as normal, check by observing over a suitable period of time that the paper speed is within specification. 5.5 Step response With the chart being driven at its fastest selectable speed, apply a suitably large step change of input signal and check that the step response of the pen
