3、ings This Standard applies to natural coffee with condensed milk and sugar (hereinafter referred to as the product) produced from UHT milk by method of concentration and preserved by sugar with the addition of natural coffee extract. 1. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS 1.1. The product shall be produced accor

4、ding to the requirements of this Standard, under the technological guidelines with observance of sanitary standards and rules approved in accordance with the established procedure. 1.2. The following feed stock shall be used for manufacturing the product: Cow milk stocked no lower than 2nd grade in

5、accordance with GOST 13264-70; Cream with fat content no more than 40% and acidity of plasma no more than 24, obtained from cow milk no worse than 2nd grade in accordance with GOST 113264-70; Skim milk obtained from cow milk no worse than 2nd grade in accordance with GOST 13264-70, acidity not more

8、coffee with addition of chicory in accordance with GOST 6805-83; Sodium bicarbonate in accordance with GOST 2156-76: Sorbic acid in accordance with specifications and technical documentation; Drinking water in accordance with GOST 2874-82. 1.3. Organoleptic indicators of the product shall meet the r

9、equirements specified in table 1. 13、ductNot allowed Pathogenic microorganisms, including salmonella in 25 g of product As above 2. ACCEPTANCE PROCEDURE 2.1. Acceptance procedure shall be in accordance with GOST 26809-86. 2.2. The content of tin, copper and lead shall be checked in batches once per quarter. 3. QUALITY MONITORING METHOD

14、S 3.1. The methods of sampling and preparation of samples for analysis shall be in accordance with GOST 26809-86; (Amended Wording, Amendment No. 1). 3.2. Organoleptic indicators, mass moisture concentration, sucrose, dry components of milk and coffee, fat, and net weight shall be in accordance with

15、 GOST 8764-73. 3.3. The weight of natural coffee with added chicory shall be checked in accordance with the actual amount used during preparation of the extract. 3.4. The content of tin, copper and lead shall be in accordance with GOST 5370-58. 3.5. Microbiological indicators shall meet the requirem

16、ents of GOST 9225-84. 3.6. The analysis on pathogenic microorganisms shall be performed as part of the state sanitary supervision by sanitary-epidemiological stations on methods approved by the USSR Ministry of Health. 4. PACKING, MARKING, TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE 4.1. Packing and marking of the p

17、roduct shall be performed in accordance with GOST 23651-79. The product shall be packed into No. 7 metal cans in accordance with GOST 5981-82 with net weight of 400 g, or No. 13 aluminum tubes in accordance with specifications and technical documentation with net weight of 220 and 260 g. 4.2. The pr

18、oduct in metal cans shall be packed in No. 10 corrugated cardboard boxes in accordance with GOST 13516-72 or in No. 4 wood boxes in accordance with GOST 13358- 84, the product in aluminum tubes shall be packed in No. 23 corrugated cardboard boxes in accordance with GOST 13516-72. p. 4 GOST 719-85 4.

19、3. The product shall be transported by all means of covered transport in accordance with the rules of transport organizations for transportation of perishable goods. The transportation of product by railway transport shall be performed in carload shipments. Packed product may be transported in open

20、automobiles with obligatory sheltering of cargo with canvas or an alternative material. 4.4. During transportation of product by railway, water or motor transport the means of packing shall be in accordance with GOST 21929-76 or containers in accordance with GOST 15102-75 shall be used. For unitizin

21、g of the product, general purpose pallets in accordance with GOST 22831-77, or general purpose box pallets in accordance with GOST 10592-76, or simplified flat pallets in accordance with GOST 9557-73 shall be used. The boxes with product shall be laid on pallets in stacks, forming continuous unitize

22、d loads of rectangular form with parameters in accordance with GOST 24597-81 or specifications and technical documentation approved in accordance with the established procedure. 4.5. Coffee with condensed milk and sugar shall be stored at temperature not higher than 10C.
