24、 rapide, composes dune languette des sries 2,8, 4,8, 6,3 ou 9,5 mm (0,110, 0,187, 0,250 ou 0,375 pouce) et du clip conjugu, pour utilisation soit comme partie incorpore ou intgre dun quipement ou dun composant, soit comme partie spare pour le raccordement de conducteurs en cuivre selon les instructi
25、ons du constructeur. Lesdits conducteurs en cuivre peuvent tre souples ou rigides cbls, avec une section jusqu 6 mm2 (AWG suprieur ou gal 10) ou massifs, avec une section jusqu 2,5 mm2 (AWG suprieur ou gal 14). La tension assigne de lnergie lectrique utilise ne doit pas dpasser 1 O00 V en courant al

32、orking permitted without license from IHS -,-,- 121 O 0 IEC: 1993 -7- CONNECTING DEVICES - FLAT QUICK-CONNECT TERMINATIONS FOR ELECTRICAL COPPER CONDUCTORS - SAFETY REQUIREMENTS 1 Scope This International Standard applies to flat quick-connect terminations consisting of a male tab of size 2,8, 4,8,
33、6,3 or 9,5 mm (0,110, 0,187, 0,250, or 0,375 in) and a mating female connector for use as either an incorporated or an integrated part of an equipment or of a component, or as a separate entity, for connecting electrical copper conductors according to the manufacturers instructions. Said electrical
34、copper conductors may be flexible or rigid stranded, having a cross- sectional area up to and including 6 mm2 (AWG equal to or qreater than 10) or rigid solid having a cross-sectional area up to and including 2,5 mm (AWG equal to or greater than 14). The rated voltage by which electrical energy is u
35、tilized, shall not exceed 1 O00 V a.c. with a frequency up to and including 1 O00 Hz, and 1 500 V d.c. and having the temperature limits applicable to materials used within this standard. Requirements for insulated male tabs and female connectors are under consideration. NOTES 1 not including alumin
36、ium. 2 standard should not be interchangeable with those of this standard. This standard, where applicable, may be used for conductors made of material other than copper, but For reasons of safety, it is recommended that flat quick-connect terminations beyond the scope of this 3 4 pulling the cable.

42、3 Dfinitions Pour les besoins de la prsente Norme internationale, les dfinitions suivantes sappliquent: 3.1 borne plate connexion rapide: Connexion lectrique se composant dune languette et dun clip qui peut tre insre et retire avec ou sans lusage dun outil. 3.2 languette: Partie dune connexion rapid
43、e qui reoit le clip. 3.3 languette dessai: Languette construite avec des tolrances serres, en un matriau spcifi sans revtement, dans le but particulier deffectuer des essais mcaniques sur des clips prlevs dans la ligne de production. NOTE - Dans la plupart des cas une languette prleve dans la ligne
44、de production (avec ou sans revtement) peut aussi convenir. 3.4 clip: Partie dune connexion rapide qui est pousse sur la languette. 3.5 verrouillage: Empreinte (creux) ou trou de la languette dans lequel sengage une partie en protubrance du clip assurant un verrouillage de laccouplement. 3.6 temprat
