6、cal and Metropolitan Area Net- works Part 16: Air Interface for Fixed and Mobile Broadband Wireless Access SystemsAmendment 3: Management Plane Procedures and Services. This amendment updates and expands IEEE Std 802.16 by defining Management Procedures as enhancements to the IEEE 802.16 air interfa

7、ce standard for fixed and mobile broadband wireless systems. It specifies the management functions, interfaces, and protocol procedures. As of the publication date, the current applicable version of IEEE Std 802.16 is IEEE Std 802.16-2004, as amended by IEEE 802.16f- 2005 and IEEE 802.16e-2005. Conf

8、ormance test methodology The multipart conformance test documents for IEEE Std 802.16 by “IEEE Standard 802.16/Conform- anceXX.” For example, the first part of the conformance specification for IEEE 802.16 is designated “IEEE Standard 802.16/Conformance01.” Notice to users Errata Errata, if any, for
