42、I:2001 INTRODUCTION La CEI 61226 Centrales nuclaires Systmes dinstrumentation et de contrle-commande importants pour la sret classification a t publie en 1993. La ncessit de classer les fonctions dinstrumentation et de contrle-commande concernant les centrales nuclaires mane dune recommandation de l
43、Agence Internationale de lEnergie Atomique (AIEA). La CEI 61226 insiste sur le fait que ce sont les fonctions quil faut classer un stade prcoce de la phase de conception afin que le degr dimportance au niveau de la sret de chaque fonction soit prcis. Au stade de la conception, les fonctions de contr
44、le-commande (CC) sont alloues des systmes dinstrumentation et de contrle-commande spcifiques, dont chacun comprend normalement plusieurs types de matriels. Ces systmes et matriels sont gnralement attribus des catgories dimportance de sret, mais ce sont les fonctions qui restent dterminantes pour la
45、catgorisation. Afin de pouvoir associer les systmes et les matriels aux fonctions, le concept de FSE a t introduit dans la CEI 61226. Les FSE sont dfinis comme: Les fonctions et les systmes et matriels associs. Les fonctions sont des actions qui sont effectues dans un but ou pour atteindre un object
46、if. Les systmes et matriels associs sont un assemblage de composants et les composants eux-mmes qui sont employs pour remplir la fonction. La CEI 61226 fournit une mthode de catgorisation des FSE base sur des critres qualitatifs. Un grand nombre de ces critres sont courants dans lindustrie nuclaire
47、dans la mesure o ils reconnaissent que la plus importante fonction de la sret nuclaire et la seule est de prvenir les accidents et den rduire les consquences radiologiques. En consquence, le classement des FSE au sens de la CEI 61226 est un processus dterministe qui ne prend pas en considration les techniques dvaluation quantitative des risques . Au cours des dix dernires annes, les mthodes dvaluation des risques, en particulier celles appliques aux centrales nuclaires, se sont amliores, bien que leur utilisation dans la conception des centrales nuclaires (ainsi quau nive
