The work of developing International Standards is carried out through IS0 technical committees., Every member body
9、 interested in a subject for which a technical committee has been set up has the right to be represented on that committee. International organizations, governmental and non-governmental, in liaison with ISO, also take part in the work. Draft International Standards adopted by the technical committe
10、es are circulated to the member bodies for approval before their acceptance as International Standards by the IS0 Council. International Standard IS0 1891 was developed by Technical Committee ISO/TC 2, Fasteners, and was circulated to the member bodies in March 1977. It has been approved by the memb

34、ION This International Standard lays down the terminology and nomenclature of bolts, screws, nuts and accessories in English, French, Russian, German, Italian and Spanish, recommended for use unless otherwise specified in the appropriate product standard. At present, not all of the fasteners and acc
35、essories listed are covered by IS0 publications. For the main part, the items have been selected from existing national standards. Also included are obsolescent types (those being used up from stock) in order that their terminology may be standardized a t the same time. The drawings are essentially
36、diagram- matic, in particular those showing bolts and screws having special charac- teristics dealt with, for example, in clauses 18 and 19. However, it is recommended that these drawings be used as a base whenever possible. NOTE - The equivalent terms in German, Italian and Spanish have been includ
37、ed at the request of Technical Committea ISO/TC2 and are published under the responsibility of the member bodies for Germany, F.R. (DIN), italy (UNI) andSpain (IRANOR) respectively. However, only the terms given in the three official IS0 languages (English, French and Russian) can be considered as I

Les pices reprsentes ne font que dans certains cas, pour linstant, lobjet de normes ISO. Elles ont, pour lessentiel, t sle
40、ctionnes dans les normes nationales existantes, o encore figurent des pices qui ne sont plus dusage courant (en voie dpui- sement), cela afin den normaliser galement la terminologie.
