13、ANDARD JIS A 5364 : 2004 Precast concrete products - General rules of materials and product methods 1 This Japanese Industrial Standard specifies general matters of materials and product methods of precast concrete products (hereafter referred to as “products”). This Standard does not apply to concr

Cement The cement shall satisfy any of the following standards, or shall be at JIS R 5210, JIS R 5211, JIS R 5212, JIS R 5213, JIS R 5214 4.1.2 Aggregate Aggregate shall satisfy the following provisions. a) Aggregate shall be clean, solid, and durable. The grai

23、n size of aggregate shall be appropriate, and injurious amount of dust, mud, thin and long stone debris, organic impurities, chloride, etc. shall not be contained. b) The maximum size of coarse aggregate shall be 40mm or less. In addition, it shall be 2/5 of the product minimum thickness or under an

24、d shall not exceed 415 of the minimum spacing of the reinforcing steel. T h i s does not apply when aggregate has already been confirmed as eligible for firm compaction. C ) Materials such as portland cement with evident total alkali content shall be used for aggregate. When the total alkali content

25、 in concrete is 3.0 kg/m3 or less, its classification based on alkali silica reaction is not specified. Countermeasure for suppressing alkali aggregate reactions shall be taken in accordance with annex 2 of JIS A 5308 when the total alkali content 17. concrete is over 3.0 kg/m3. This does not apply

26、in the case that blast furnace slag aggregate specified in JIS A 5011-1 is used. Total alkali content in concrete shall be measured based on annex 2 of JIS A 5308. 28、lent in quality thereto. JIS A 5002, JIS A 5005, JIS A 5011-1, JIS A 5011-2, JIS A 5011-3, JIS A 5011-4, JIS A 5308 When recycled aggregate (aggregate manufactured by crushing concrete which was to be disposed 00 is used, its affects to the quality of concrete (compressive strength, drying shrinkage

29、, durability, etc) shall be fully examined by referring to test data in the past so that it shall be confirmed that it does not damage the required performance of the product. In addition, the test data shall be disclosed upon purchasers requests. Recycled aggregate shall not be used for prestressed

30、 concrete products (hereafter referred to as “PC products”). Remarks : In concrete using recycled aggregate, more drying shrinkage and creep is observed. Based on this fact, it is expected that prestress loss will increase when this is used for PC products. Moreover, the protecting performance of re

31、inforcing steel against the tension caused by concrete using recycled aggregate has not yet been identified. Therefore, recycled aggregate shall not be used for PC products. When melt-solidified fine aggregate for concrete derived from municipal solid waste and sewage sludge (hereafter referred to a

32、s “molten slag fine aggregate”) is used, it should be applied to unreinforced precast concrete products (hereafter referred to as “URC products”) whose design strength is 24 N/mm2 or less. However, molten slag fine aggregate may be used to precast reinforced concrete products (hereafter referred to

33、as “RC products”) or to URC products whose design strength is 24 N/mm2 or greater if the application conditions such as concrete products property, required strength, durability and the environment in which products are placed are well examined. Information : As the standard information about molten

34、 slag fine aggregate, TR A 0016 (Melt-soliddied fine aggregate for concrete derived from municipal solid waste and sewage sludge) can be referred. 4.1.3 Water Substances such as oil, acid, salts, organic impurities or suspended solids shall not be contained in water in amounts which could be hazardo

35、us to the quality of products. 4.1.4 Admixtures Admixtures, when used, shall not hazardously affect the quality of products. Fly ash, expanding materials, chemical admixtures, anticorrosive agents, blast-furnace slag nes and silica fume shall satis the following standards or shall be at least equiva

36、lent in quality thereto. 38、er-cement ratio or water cemantitious material ratio of concrete shall be designated as 65% or less for unreinforced products, 55% or less for RC products, and 45% or less for PC products. Air content AE concrete shall be used for products which can be subject to frost damages. Upon lling into mold

39、forms, the standard air content shall be 4.5-t 1.5 % so that fkeez- thaw resistance will be ensured. Countermeasure for suppressing alkali aggregate reactions Upon concrete mix proportion design, when the total alkali amount in concrete exceeds 3.0 kg/m3, countermeasures for suppressing alkali aggre

40、gate reactions shall be taken based on annex 2 of JIS A 5308. Chloride content The amount of chloride ion (Cl- in concrete shall be designated as 0.30 kg/m3 or less for PC and RC products and 0.60 kg/m3 or less (only in the cases that reinforcing steel is used) for URC products. However, when it is

41、ensured that products are with no chloride harm through appropriate anticorrosive measures, countermeasures for alkali aggregate reactions, etc., these upper limits may be altered through negotiations between the interested parties. 4.2.2 Ready-mixed concrete Ready-mixed concrete, when it is used as

42、 fresh concrete, shall satisfy JIS A 5308 and shall be qualified as described in 4.2.1. 4.2.3 Design and manufacturing of fresh concrete Fresh concrete shall be designed and manufactured so that the quality described in 4.2.1 is ensured. Annex (informative) should be referred for concrete as to prec

43、ast concrete products. Information : 4 . 3 Reinforcing steel (PC reinforcing steel, rebar, steel pipe) a) The reinforcing steel used for PC products shall satisfy any of the following standards or shall be at least equivalent in mechanical property thereto. JIS G 3109, JIS G 3112, JIS G 3137, JIS G

44、3521, JIS G 3532 (ordinary low carbon steel wires or cold-reduced steel wires for the reinforcement of concrete) JIS G 3536, JIS G 3538, JIS G 5502 b) The reinforcing steel used for RC products shall satis& any of the following standards or shall be at least equivalent in mechanical property thereto

JIS G 3101, JIS G 3112, JIS G 3117, JIS G 3551 In addition, reinforcing steel which matches the following standards may be used as it is even when its surface is deformed, while unmatched reinforcing steel shall be used as welded steel wire fabrics. Users approval shall be previously obtained when

46、 welded steel wire fabrics are used for products to be placed where they are likely to be subjected to cyclic load (fatigue).
