Scope This Japanese Industrial Standard specifies the technical drawing carried out by using CAD mainly in mechanical industry, in accordance with JIS Z 8310 and respective Japanese Industrial Standards which specify technical drawing oth

5、erwise. Further, relating to the items not specified in this Standard shall be 2. Definitions For the purpose of this Standard main definitions are in accordance with JIS Z 8114. 3. Lines to Be Used for Technical Drawing-Drawing by CAD 3.1 Classification of Lines 3.1.1 Classification by Intermittent

6、 Style Lines shall be classified into following four classes according to the intermittent style (Fig. 1). (1) Continuous line: The line which continues (2) Dashed line: The reference of ratio of length of line to interval shall be 2:l. (3) Chain line: The reference of ratio of length of long line t

7、o interval and to length of short line shall be 9: 1: 1. (4) Chain double-dashed line: The reference of ratio of length of long line to interval to length of short line to interval t short line shall be 15: 1: 1: 1: 1. The chain line and chain double-dashed line shall be drawn so that these start at

8、 the element of longer line and ended also. A- Further, when the dashed line, chain line and chain double-dashed line intersect mutually with other line, it should preferably indicate the intersecting point by the elements of longer line (Fig. 2). 13、atio of lines, lines shall be classified into three classes as shown in Table 1. Table 1. 15、608 00L2bi3 3 0 Classification of line 4 B 3402-1989 Use of line 3.1.3 Classification of Lines by Colour In the case where understanding of content of drawing is to be made easy and misunderstanding of content is not given, colour line other than black may be used. lines having main meaning such as

16、visible outlines, black lines shall be used. However, as to the Line of shape of digit 8 Further, for expression and the like for auxiliary part, it is desirable to use effective colour lines. 17、cularly to axis. 3.2 Using Method of Lines The using method of lines shali be in accordance with 5. (except line of limit of partial or interrupted view and section) of JIS Z 8312, and in addition, the line of limit of partial or interrupted view and section shall be drawn in three class shown in Ta

Letters to Be

21、Used for Drawing: bv CAD Letters to be used for drawing by CAD shall be in accordance with JIS Z 8313 (except the following specifications) and for others, with the following: (1) Styles of digits and English letters shall be, as a rule, B type oblique style. However, except where specially required

22、. (2) Take for decimal point of numerical value the space for one letter and write at the middle lower part. (3) The ratio of sizes of letters to be used in a series of description in drawing should preferably be as follows: KANJI: KANA and digits and English letter = 1:0.83 5. Projection Method to

23、Be Used for Drawing by CAD The projection method to be used for drawing by CAD shall be in accordance with JIS Z 8315 (except the following specifications) and for - others, with the following: (1) The projection method to be used for drawing by CAD, unless special reason does not exist, shall be in

24、 accordance with the parallel pro- jection, and, among it, be of four classes of orthographic projection, perspective projection, oblique projeciton and trimetric projection. For view for explanation or the like to draw so as to be easily under- standable to the object by a view, it shall be the pro

25、jection view from the angle where the effect becomes highest and the trimetric pro- jection view, be used. In this case, the scale for each part should, preferably, be of correct right projection of object. (2) 6. Expression of Shape in Drawing by CAD The expression of shape in drawing by CAD shall

26、be in accordance with JIS Z 8316 (except the following specifications) and for others, with the following. 28、ording to omission of intermediate part, as to the shaft, round bar, circular pipe, etc. , the line of limit of style of digit of 8 shall be used so as it can be understood easily. The circular arc to constitute the line of limit of it shall be of radius of 3/4 objective radius. The part correspondi

Dimensioning in Drawing by CAD The dimensioning in drawing by CAD shall be in accordance with JIS Z 8317 (except the following specifica

30、tions) and for others, with the following: Dimension Line The top opening angle of arrow mark of dimension line shali be 30 degrees as the reference, and the end may be either opened or closed and painted out (Fig. 5). Dimensions For entering dimensions, the method to interrupt the dimension line (m

31、ethod 2 of JIS Z 8317) shall not be used (Fig. 6). Expression of Curve not Composed of Circular Arc The dimension of curve not composed of circular arc shall be expressed by coordinate dimension at an arbitrary point on a curve generally, but in the case where the curved surface is specified by data

32、 in CAD, the effect shall be indicated on the drawing and the range should preferably be made clear by dimension. Dimensioning in Axonometric Projection View mension line, dimension, etc. are entered in perspective projection view, trimetric projection view, etc. , the projection line, dimension lin

33、e, etc. are drawn by those which are drawn in orthographic projection view, for object as those are projected as they are, but letters for dimension and the like or graphic symbols or the like are entered along the dimension line or the like according to the specifications in orthographic projection

Material-Quality Marking Pattern in Drawing by CAD In drawing by CAD, the quality of material constituting the parts may be expressed in hatching part indicating the

38、 section by the material-quality marking patterns shown in the following (Fig. 9). (1) In the case of metallic system materials, thin lines shall be applied at equal intervals in 45 degrees relative to the centre line to be main of the part or to the visible outline to be main of the sectional view.

39、 (2) In the case of polymer system materials, thin lines shall be applied at equal intervals similarly at O degree, 90 degrees or to net apertures by those. Application of Common-Use Drawing Method to Drawing by CAD In the case where the method of hand-writing drawing has become the d better understanding measures (for example in the view of large type structure the graphic i

42、ndication of flange thickness of angle steel, or the like) it is desirable to express by the similar graphic method also in drawing by CAD. In this case, it is desirable to indicate this effect the fact that a certain part is nut scale view (the view where the dimension is not proportional to the nu

43、merical value), and the like.
