Scope UDC 692.25-182 J I S A 6512-1992 This Japanese Industrial Standard specifies the movable partitions which are installed in the internal space of a building as the partitions of non-bearing walls, and are capable of being re-utilized by disassembling and assembling or shifting. Re

5、marks 1. As regards the accordion doors, sliding doors, toilet booths and screens, and the storage partitions which are added with the storage function to movable partitions, these are exempted from this Standard. 2. The standards cited in this Standard are given in Attached Table 1. 2. Types and sy

6、mbols The types and symbols of the movable partitions shall be as given in Table 1, according to the kinds of constructional styles and components. Qualities 3.1 The movable partitions shall be free from cambers, warps, torsions and other deformations harmful in use on profiles, and in addition, be free from defects conce

11、rning appearance, stains and the like on the surfaces. 3.2 The parts liable to be touched with human body or clothe shall be free from sharp protrusions and the like and be safe. 3.3 The painted surfaces shall be uniform in luster and tone of color, and be free from uneven painting, sagging, etc. 3.

12、4 The movable partitions, when tested in accordance with 6., shall conform to Table 2. Furthermore, as regards the noise insulation and fiame resistance, these shall be tested as required, and the results shall be appended. Tests 6.1 Impact test 6.1.1 Test body The test body shall include joint

34、 parts, and for that having a doorwy and openings other than the doorway, that has been executed under the condition where actually being isntailed including these shall be used. In this case, the width of the test body shall be 4.5 m cr over up to and including 6 m as given in Fig. 5. In addition,

The impact bodies to be used for the impact tests (1) Impact body of 1 kg in mass (Imp

37、act body of hard substance) (3) It shall be the steel ball of 1000 k 10 g in mass and approximately 63.5 mm in diameter, and to which a ring bolt or the like letting a rope or a wire pass through shall be mounted. Note ( 3 ) Usually, a steel ball for ball bearing is used, and the mass of 1 kg shall

38、be that including the ring bolt. (2) Impact body of 3 kg in mass (Impact body of soft and small substance) (4) 100 mm in diameter of spherical rubber sheet being reinforced by canvas to approximately 1.5 mm in thickness as given in Fig. 6, which is filled with fine sands smaller than 2 mm in diamete

39、r and lead shots of approximately 3 mm in diameter. 42、y the cap shaped flange of approximately 25 mm in diameter. This flange is allowed to contact closely to the surface of the impact body by the fastening nut.
