A mixer shall be used for mixing of raw materials and a powered vilbrator 2.5 shall be used for forming of concrete. 12、e it under the condition in much humidity for not less than seven days and further, pre- serve it not less than ten days and then ship it. Note (l) The degree-hour is defined as the product of the curing temperature ( C O ) multiplied by the curing hours (h) . Remarks 1. The following caution is req

13、uired at the time of the early curing. (i) A sudden change in temperature shall not be given at the time when cement begins to set. (2) Cares shall be taken so that the curing temperature doesnt become 5% or lower and 65% or higher. 2. During the wet-curing, the concrete fence shall be covered with

14、straw mat , cloth, etc. and be sheltered from direct rays of the sun. 3. Classification, Designation, Form , Dimensions and Arrangement of Reinforce- ment 3.1 The classification, form, dimensions and arrangement of reinforcement of concrete fence shall be 5-1 accordance with Attached Tables and Atta

Quality 4.1 The reinforcement of concrete fence shall be arranged correctly. 4.2 The concrete fence shall be dense in surface and shall be free from h

Further, the maximum height of warpage in the longitudinal direction of plate shall be less than 3 mm. 4.3 The concrete fence shall comply with the specifications of Table 1. I 5.1 Flexural Test (1) The flexural test of a post fitted with brace shall be carried out as follows: Use the post fitted with brace which has been air-dried in the period of time specified in 2.6, take a span given in Table 2 with a complete form as it is as show

20、n in Fig. 1, support that post through steel plates(2) of 10 cm x 20 cm x 1 cm by round steel bars of 30 mm in diameter, sustain one end of the post by a stopper, add a load on the surface line the position where the height of coping of 75 mm has been substracted from the height of execution of work

21、s (H) through a similar round steel bar and obtain the load of crazing generation and the breaking load. Note (2) The post fitted with brace No. 6 doesnt require steel plates. (3) The !load of crazing generation! is defined as the load indicated by the testing machine at the time when the crazing ha

35、tion is unknown, to test the other characteristics to be inspected. For the appearance inspection, where all of ten specimens have been accepted, the lot shall be accepted. For each inspection on dimensions, flexural strength and percentage of water absorption, where the following formula is satisfi

36、ed, the lot shall be accepted.
