15、m IHS -,-,- 7 A 5372 : 2004 10 Inspection 10.1 Inspection items The inspection items of the final inspection carried out by manufacturers and the delivery inspection carried out for confirmation at the time of acceptance shall be as follows. a) Final inspection items 1) Appearance 2) Performance 3)

25、 Performance of the body of piles It shall be safe to be subjected to the regular load assumed at the time of use, and crack width (for the SC pile, this corresponds to the amount of strain at upper and bottom end) shall be less than the permissible value. As to Group I, when there is no diviation in the design concept, the performance (quality) and performance (qual- ity) check method, the reference dimension may be changed within 10% in response to purchasers d

37、very product. Moreover, the SC pile has steel pipes, instead of reinforcing bars, which are arranged at the outer shell of a pile. Therefore, it is not necessary to con- sider the cover and clearance of reinforcement. At the time of use, the corrosion allow- ance of a steel pipe shall be considered,

38、 or rust-proofing shall be performed. 6 Testmethod 6.1 A 1132 and JIS A 1108. Compressive strength test The compressive strength test shall be based on JIS 6.2 Bending strength test The bending strength test shall be based on JIS A 5363 and the following. Remarks : A tester shall be Grade 1 or super

39、ior specified in JIS B 7721, or shall have the permissible value which is equivalent to or superior than that of this. a) The bending-strength of a main body shall be tested as shown in JIS A 5363 figure 1. 44、hall be tested by putting the joint line to the centre of span, and following the procedure of a). c 6.3 Method to measure the squareness of a joint end face The squareness of a joint end face shall be obtained by using a right-angle gauge, setting it in alignment with the axis line of pile outside

45、diameter, and measuring the amount of gradients in re- spect to the pile outside diameter. 7 Qu 3 mm or more for outside diameter 300 mm to 500 mm; and 4 mm or more for outside diameter 600 mm. Pitch should be 110 mm or under. The amount of spiral reinforcement required to improve the shearing resis

46、tance and the transformation performance should be determined by the parties concerned with delivery. The edge of a longitudinal rein

48、forcement should be arranged to lie on the same plane which is at right angles to the axis of RC pile. When joints are provided to a longitudinal reinforcement, they should be the joint whose stress transmissibility of reinforcing bar is 100%. Joints should not be collected to one cross section. Reinforcing bar should be cleared of any rust
