5、inafter referred to as the “cou- plings“, of those for general use. Quality 4.1 The coupling body and coupling bolts

9、shall be free from injurious flaws and cracks. SS, SM, SE CC, CE 4.2 The deviations of the outer cylinder shall be measured, taking its fitting part and tip cylinder as the reference, and those of the inner cylinder and the fixed flange shall be measured, taking the centre of the shaft hole as the r

A suitable means such as O rings and oil seals shall be used for preventing the leakage. Lubricating oil or grease(4) shall be used as the lubricant, Note (4) The lubrica

24、ting oil and the grease shall, as a rule, conform to JIS K 2219 and JIS K 2220 respectively. 5.11 The match mark indicating the position where two outer cylinders or the outer cylinder and the fixed flange are to be combined shall be clearly engraved on the periphery of the coupling as required. 6.
