Scope concentric circular type indicating pressure gauges which indicate directly the pressure by magnifying mechanically the amount of transformat

4、ion caused by the pressure of Bourdon tube (hereafter referred to as “Bourdon tube pressure gauge“) and are used for measurement of gauge pressure. (2) The range of scale A is made by subtracting 10% of each end of pressure span and 5% each of upper and lower parts of zero point of compound pressure gauge.

20、 as follows: (1) Maximum scale mark (a) The maximum scale mark of pressure gauge and the maximum scale mark of pressure part of compound pressure gauge shall be 1.0 x lo“, 1.6 x lo“, 2.5 x lo“, 4.0 x 10“ and 6.0 x 10“ (n is positive integer, negative integer or zero). (b) The maximum scale mark of v

21、acuum gauge and the maximum scale mark of vacuum part of compound pressure gauge shall be -1.0 x 10“ (n is positive integer, negative integer or zero). Classification according to measuring pressure The classification of Bourdon tube pressure gauges according to measuring pressure shall be divided into pressure gauges, vacuum gauges and compound pressure gauges. 7.2 Classificat

29、ion according to size shown by the outer diameter (mm) of dial scale plate shall be 50 mm, 60 mm, 75 mm, 100 mm, 150 mm and 200 mm. 30、ensed by Information Handling Services J I S B*7505 94 = 4933b08 0522005 83b = 6 B 7505-1994 7.3 Classification according to use The classification of Bourdon tube pressure gauges according to the use shall be ordinary type, ordinary type for steam, heatproof type, vibration-proof type, vibration-pr

31、oof type for steam and heatproof/ vibration-proof type, and be as follows: (i) Ordinary type The ordinary type Bourdon tube pressure gauge is that used under the following conditions (general conditions): (1.1) The environment surrounding the mounting place shall be Class CJ3 Envi- ronmental Divisio

32、n C in JIS C 1803. (1.2) It shall be mounted in a posture designated by the manufacturer. (1.3) Such vibration or impact that makes the pointer fluctuate with the ampli- tude exceeding the tolerance shown in Table 1 shall not be given. (1.4) The medium for measuring pressure shall be noncorrosive li

33、quid, steam or gas (in accordance with the agreement between the parties concerned with delivery). (1.5) The upper limit of working pressure range shall not be larger than the fol- lowing values: (a) For steady pressure, 3/4 of the maximum pressure (2/3, if the maximum pressure is 100 MPa or more).

34、(b) For variable pressure, 2/3 of the maximum pressure (l/2, if the maximum pressure is 100 MPa or more). (e) For vacuum pressure, the maximum pressure. (2) Ordinary type for steam The ordinary type for steam Bourdon tube pressure gauge shall be that used by mounting on the place where ambient tempe

35、rature is 10C to 50C and capable of withstanding the instantaneous high tempera- ture as in the case of the steam at the time of starting operation. The symbol for its classification according to use shall be M. For adhering the Bourdon tube, the usual solder is not suitable and those having the hea

36、t resistance equal to or higher than the high temperature solder shall be used. (3) Heatproof type The heatproof type Bourdon tube pressure gauge shall be that used by mounting on the place where the ambient temperature comes to 80C in maximum. The symbol for its classification according to use shal

37、l be H. For those used at the temperature higher than this or lower than -5“C, the materials and the manufacturing method shall be given the due consideration so as to be able to withstand the condition. 39、sm, widening the contact zone of moving parts in inner mechanism and other ways. The symbol for its classification according to use shall be V. In addition, there are those containing oil in a case for the purpose of im- proving vibration proof and durability by putting the relatively high viscosity

40、 liquid such as glyceline, silicone oil, etc. For these oils, the careful treatment is required as the measures to be taken against the deterioration caused by atmosphere or lapse of time or the leakage during transportation. Performance test item The test items for Bourdon tube pressure gauge shall be as shown in Table 3 according to the division

The type inspection shall be in accordance with 9.4 to 9.9. General conditions The general conditions shall be as follows: For standard

45、 instrument, standard manometer, standard dead weight pres- sure tester or standard pressure gauge shall be used. The instrumental error of standard instrument shall not exceed 1/4 of the tolerance in Table 1. The pressure transmitting medium to be used shall be the noncorrosive gas or liquid that t

46、he manufacturer recommends. If it is impossible to do so, a separator is allowed to be used, provided that it does not exert a greater influ- ence than of the tolerance in Table 1. Mounting shall be in a posture the manufacturer designates. The one with zero adjustment device shall be tested after a

47、djusting zero point. In the case where the pressure transmission medium is liquid, it shall be mounted in a manner so as not to create any influence by the static pressure of liquid column. If there is any influence, it shall be corrected. The test, except the heatproof test, shall be carried out un

48、der the condition of standard atmospheric temperature 20I5“C (20f2“C for the one of class 0.6) specified in JIS Z 8703. When carrying out at other ambient temperature and the error of temperature exceeding 1/5 of the tolerance in Table 1 arises, it shall be corrected. In increasing and decreasing th

49、e pressure, it shall be applied slowly and continuously so that the influence by inertia does not arise. In the pulsating pressure test, however, the provision in 9.7 applies. There shall not be such vibration or impact that causes the fluctuation of indication exceeding /io of one scale division. In the pulsating pressure test and the vibration-proof test, however, the provisions in 9.7 and 9.8 apply. In the case where the test pressure does not indicate the maximum vacuum scale due to low atmospheric pressure in the vacuum gauge and the vacuum part of compound pressure
