Scope This Japanese Industrial Standard specifies varnishes for enameled wires to be used for manufacture of

4、 enameled wires, hereinafter referred to as the “varnishes1. Remark: The units and numerical values shown in in this Standard are based on the traditional unit system, and are currently the criterion in force. 2. Classes and Symbols The classes and symbols shall be as given in Table 1. Table 1 Class

Test Procedures 7.1 Appearance Test 7.1.1 Method The method shall be as specified in 6.2 (1) of JIS 2103, provided that a colourless transparent container of inside diameter 10

14、 to 40 mm is used. 7.1.2 Report The report shall be as specified in 6.3 (1) of JIS C 2103. 7.2 Viscosity Test The viscosity test shall be as specified in 8, of JIS C 2103. However, the temperature at measurement shall be 30 t 0.5OC. 7.3 Nonvolatile Matter Test 7.3.1 Equipment and Apparatus The equip

15、ment and apparatus shall be as specified in 9.1 of JIS C 2103. However, if the weighing is made within a short period, a flat bottom dish without cover may be used instead of that with cover. 7.3.2 However, the drying temperature and the drying period shall be as ,specified in Table 5. 20、0 50 30 7.5 Method for Measuring Thickness of Coated Film of Test Piece The method for measuring thickness of coated film of test piece shall be as specified in 5. of JIS C 3003. 7.6 Appearance of Baked Film The smoothness and gloss of the surface and the colour of the coated film shall be examined

21、visually. 7.7 Pinhole Test The pinhole test shall be as specified in 6. of JIS C 3003. If the number of pinholes does not comply with the specified value, the retest may be carried out on further two test pieces. 7.8 3003. specified in Table 7. If the mechanical failing load does not comply with the specification the retest may be carried out on further t

25、wo sets of test pieces, two test pieces being one set. 7.11 Dielectric Breakdown Test The dielectric breakdown test shall be as specified in 11. (2) of JIS C 3003. 7.12 C 3003. 28、4 The solerability shall be as specified in 16. of JIS C 3003. The temperature of solder shall be 380 2 5T, and the immersion duration shall be 2 sec. Solderability 8. Inspection 8.1 Classification of Inspection The inspection shall be classified into two kinds as given below: (1) Type Inspection Th

29、e type inspection means an inspection carried for type approval, on the lot representing the varnish, to decide whether the characteristics of varnish at liquid state and after baking are good or not. The characteristics after baking are based on the values obtained from the test pieces manufactured

30、 by a furnace for test or trial production possessed by the manufacturer. (2) Acceptance Inspection The acceptance inspection is an inspection carried out at the time of acceptance of products to decide whether the products are good or not, 8.2 Inspection The inspection shall be carried out in accor

34、the item to be tested. 9, Packaging In general, the container shall be the 18 1 tin can specified in JIS Z 1602, the 200 drum specified in JIS Z 1601, etc, and the container shall be packaged suitablly for transportation if necessary. 10. Designation of Product The product shal be designated by the

35、class and nonvolatile matter or by the symbol and nonvolatile matter. However, the nonvolatile matter may be omitted. Marking The following items shall be marked at an easily visible place of each container: (1) Class and nonvolatile matter, or symbol and nonvolatile matter (the nonvolatile matter may be omitted subject to agreement between parties
