Scope This Japanese Industrial Standard specifies the textile reinforced rubber hose assemblies, hereinafter referred to as the “hose assemblie

5、s“ , for hydraulic apparatus and hydraulic circuit using mineral-based or aqueous based hydraulic oil ( l ) . Provided that the using temperature range of this hose assembly shall be -40C to + 100OC. Note (I) It means the soluble hydraulic oil, oil and water emulsion based hydraulic oil, water-glyco

Classification and Symbols 2.1 Classificatio

Construction 4.1 Construction General The hose assembly shall consist of a hose complying with JIS K 6379 and joints complyi

29、Bend Radius The minimum bend radius ( 3 ) of hose assembly shall be the value of Table 8. Further, the minimum bend radius shall be obtained from the circular arc of inside described by hose when the hose assembly is bent. 32、203 Il TB 25 . I II TB 32 I 254 7. Appearance The appearance of hose assembly shall be as follows: (1) The hose shall be free from fissuring, flaws harmful to use, and defects such as bubble. (2) The joint shall be free from cracks, flaws harmful to use, cavities, and defects such as abnormal deform

33、ation. (3) The assembly part of hose and joint shall be free from defects such as exposure of reinforcing layer of hose. 8. Test Methods 8.1 Pressure-Resistance Test Apply the test pressure specified in Table 3 or Table 4 to the hose assembly to be subjected to the test, hereinafter referred to as t

34、he kample“, by water or oil at ordinary temperature, and after lapse of 1 min, examine the existence of leakage and other abnormalities. 8.2 Fracture Pressure Test The fracture pressure test shall be as follows: (1) The sample of which hose has a free length of not less than 300 mm and which has com

35、plied with the test of 8.1, shall be used. 36、733608 0022618 I 10 B 8364-1988 (2) Apply the minimum fracture test pressure specified in Table 3 or Table 4 to the sample by water or oil at ordinary temperature, and examine the existence of abnormalities such as separation of joint, bursting of hose, etc. Provided that the time from beginning of

37、pressurizing until reaching the minimum fracture test pressure shall be not less than 1 min. Further, during this test, the sample shall be attached horizontally and its one end, made free. 8.3 Length-Variation Test The measurement of length variation rate shall be as follows: ( 1 ) Make the sample

38、straight state to fill its inside with water or oil, thereafter attach horizontally with one end made free, and attach mark lines so that the distance between the marked lines becomes, as a rule, not less than 500 mm in the axial direction at middle part of the sample. shall not be included. (2) Make the length of sample to have the free length of hose calculated according to formula (2) in the case where the sample is attached by bending by 180“

(4) Carry out the impact pressure test by using a testing apparatus which generates the impact of pressure wave form and frequency as shown in Fig. 5 and capable of measuring this impact pressure at inlet of manifold by

46、 using an electronic measuring apparatus. Taking the raising pressure speed of rising oflimpact pressure cycle as 350 to 700 MPa/s (3570 to 7140 kgf/cm2 1, and connect the point of 15 % of the maximum impact pressure and the point of 85 % of it by a straight line to obtain it. (5) For the test oil,

47、use Class 2 of JIS K 2213, IS0 VG 46 or the mineral oil equivalent thereto. (6) During the test, let the temperature of circulating oil be at 93 5 5“C, and apply 133 % of the maximum using pressure to the hose of designation of not more than 25, and 100 % of that to the hose of designation of 32 by 200, O00 times, and examine the existence of leakage, fracture, and other abnormalities.
