Scope This Japanese Industrial Standard specifies general rules for safety and sanitation of design, manufacture, in

5、stallation and operation of processing machinery used in flouring mill (hereafter referred to as the “flouring mill“). Remarks 1. The flouring mill is the generic name of machinery used in general manufacturing process for flouring the wheat and other cereals by storing, opening the bag, selection,

6、separation, humidifying, pulverizing, screening, grading, mixing and removing foreign matters, and contains the separators grain separator, magnetic separator, disc separator and stoner (stone puncher) 1 scourer, roll crusher, shifter, purifier, bran finisher and detacher. 2, The applicable Standard

7、 to this Standard is shown in the following: JIS B 9650-General Design Rules for Safety and Sanitation of Food Processing Machinery 2. Definitions For the purposes of this Standard main definitions are .in accordance with JIS B 9650, and for others the following definitions apply: (1) separators cer

(2) To the separating f

22、alling down part of iron pieces of magnetic separator, attach a regulating cut and make such structure that the separated iron pieces do not mix in again during treatment processing. (3) To the magnetic separator and disc separator provide a suction apparatus so as the powdery dusts not to spatter t
