11、been prepared based on 4.3 Non-extractive methods of IS0 7935 Stationary source emissions-Determination of the mass concentration of sulfur dioxide-Performance characteristics of automated measuring methods published in 1992 as the first edition and the items (2.6 and clause 7) which are not specifi

12、ed in the corresponding International Standard are added. In addition, the portions with dotted underlines or continuous sidelines are the matters which are not specified in the corresponding International Standard. 1 Scope This Standard specifies automated measuring systems and their mea- suring in

13、struments for the continuous measurement of the concentration of sulfur dioxide in flue gas using non-extractive methods. Remarks : The International Standard corresponding to this Standard is as fol- lows: In addition, symbols which denote the degree of correspondence in the contents between the re

14、levant International Standard and JIS are IDT (identical), MOD (modified), and NEQ (not equivalent) ac- cording to ISODEC Guide 21. 15、 Normative reference The standard given in the following contains provisions which, through reference in this Standard, constitute provisions of this Standard. 16、ulfur dioxide in flue gas Remarks : IS0 7935 Stationary source emissions-Determination of the mass con- centration of sulfur dioxide-Performance characteristics of automated measuring methods is equivalent to the said standard. _._._._. 3 Principle This is a method without sampling gas, and the type

17、 of a method which transmits infrared rays or ultraviolet rays directly through flue gas that is called a path monitor type gas analyzer. The optical absorption of the light source when it was transmitted through flue gas is measured. In principle, it is the same as the infraredhltraviolet gas analy

18、zer of single beam type. Since the measured value is a concentration that includes gas contained moisture, it is necessary to measure the moisture content independently and to correct. 20、 and shorter time to respond, but since an installation site is limited to the wall surface of the duct of combustion gas, it is necessary to consider the following. Temperature Since in many cases the installation site is high in temperature circumstances, care shall be taken so that the light acce

21、ptance unit is able to be cooled sufficiently. Vibration Since it is an optical equipment, it shall be in- stalled with enough consideration so that the light source unit and light acceptance unit may not vibrate. Calibration Since it is almost impossible to calibrate by actually running a standard

22、gas, it is necessary to examine whether the reliability of measured values is assured or not. Maintenance The installation site shall be carefully Cho- sen so that the maintenance of equipment can be performed. Air The purge by clean air shall be performed on the light source unit and light acceptan

23、ce unit in order to prevent con- taminated with dust. Since the air supply for this operation is of a comparatively large amount, and also continuous, suf- ficient air supply source shall be assured beforehand. 4 Composition The measuring system shall be equipped with the light source unit, light ac

24、ceptance unit, etc. as shown in Fig. 1. There is also such a type that the light source unit and the light acceptance unit are installed on the same side, and light is reflected by a mirror such as a cube corner reflector. 26、nce of measuring system The performance specified in Annex 3 (nor- mative) of JIS B 7981 shall be confirmed according to the method specified in clause 3 in Annex 4 (normative) of JIS B 7981 at the site installed as necessary. 6 Marking The measuring instrument shall be marked with the following inf
