The thickness of mica splitting product shall be measured at 20 points, and the measured values shall fall within the r

17、ange of tolerances at 18 points or more. For a tape not exceeding 30 m in length one cut is allowed, but the cut shall not lie within 3 m from both ends. When the length of tape exceeds 30 m the number of cuts is subjected to agreement between the parties concerned with acceptance. 2. Copyright Japa

Material and ma

19、nufacturing method paper shown in Table 1 are adhered together with reinforcement using the binder of Table 1, and cut to the prescribed width and length. They shall be flexible, uniform in thickness, free from fold, scratch and other defects, and shall not contain any material detrimental to electr

20、ical insulation. 7. Testing methods The flexible mica materials shall be so manufactured that the mica Splittings or mica 7.1 Dimension The dimension shall be examined in accordance with 6. (dimension test) of JIS C 2116. 7.2 Mica content The mica content shall be examined in accordance with 11. com

21、posi- tion (mica and binder contents) test of JIS C 2116. 7.3 Tensile strength The tensile strength shall be examined in accordance with 13. (ten- sile strength test) of JIS C 2116. 7.4 Dielectric breakdown strength The dielectric breakdown strength shall be examined in accordance with 22. (dielectr

22、ic breakdown strength test) of JIS C 2116. 7.5 Windability The windability shall be examined in accordance with 17. (windability test) of JIS C 21 16.
